Don't know what happened but the app won't open zoom for online live workouts. The button just shows a "...". So I guess can no longer do live workouts I pay for until it gets fixed? I already u installed and reinstalled the app without resolution. On that note... this same live workout button for a long time has thrown an error saying "unable to join workout" on the first push and then second press it works fine. Thought that would be fixed by now...

10.09.24 updated review from 2 stars to 3. I mostly use the on-demand workouts due to my schedule. I love the flexibility. Unfortunately, I am having to contact trainers multiple times each week for different on-demand courses not automatically adding my check-in. It's even happened with the same course weeks apart. It's a hassle to contact support & I feel bad bothering the trainers so often. My app updates are current & the uninstall & reinstall isn't making a difference. HELP!

2 years ago, I was impressed with this app. Every time I have to update, it is a disaster. Every update is less helpful and so lacking in functionality. It gives me anxiety to know that I have to update because I know it will be a nightmare to try to work. Some how the technology is going backwards instead of improving. I have already spent 2 hours talking to CG with no avail.

I am getting connectivity issues. Never had this happen in the last 2 years that I have been with you. It will let me rate the trainers but now I can't use the app. I go to virtual trainers and says connectivity error. I have an android. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and closed the app and everything with wifi and data and doesn't work. Please help. I hate how I have to type in the link every time to find my workouts every day when I should be able to use the app.

The app worked great until recently where there is no chart data, my checkins are wrong, and it says it cant find my referrals. I have auto-update enabled, so I know it's up to date. It's been about 4 weeks of this now. :( Update: 10/6/19: auto update didnt correct any of the prior issues I had, so I tried deleting and reinstalling the app& that just took me right to the same page I had before. My # of checkins is totally wrong, no chart data, it says it cant fetch my referrals& then says null

Update: it's now June 2021 and the app still doesn't work. This is ridiculous, it has been over 6 months. I can't believe CG refuses to recognize that people own devices other than an iphone. November 2020: Has not worked for weeks on Samsung phones (two different phones). I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Can't access the virtual workouts schedule, and crashes when I try to search for in person workouts.

The latest update didn't fix anything. Still ce can't see my favorite camps, or my most recent check ins. It's been over 4 weeks and still nothing is updated or fixed. 4/12/21 App stopped working. Couldn't check in at camp. Tried to uninstall but still doesn't work. Very frustrating Update This app is useless. They are supposed to be fixing or updating it. When I try to check in it asks me to register. Seriously need to fix check ins.

The worked ok until about a week ago. Now I can't access any of the workouts not in my area. It says my session expired even though I am logged in. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I also don't like that when you check in for the workout and then try to go back to officially sign in to zoom, it asks you to rate the workout. I don't know yet! I haven't had it! Definitely have some things to workout if virtual is the new normal.
