B.R. SINGH HOSPITAL, ER/SEALDAH, and HOWRAH ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, ER have not activated facilities. It's simply useless. I am really unable to understand why such a useless app has been publicised. Shocked. Teleconferencing as well as online OPD registration facilities have not yet been activated. As a result, one day, I have to travel about 100 km to obtain an appointment and again to visit the doctor I need. As a retired person, it's very much embarrassing for me.

For last month the app is not working whenever I try to open it. Its is very difficult to retrieve the prescription and lab reports. Please help 🙏

App Not working Everytime i open the app, they ask about registration number and I provide but app not responding OTP which is frustrating and time consuming.Log in is not successful.App is not , I have reinstalled it 10 times..still it’s not working..very disappointed.it's a worst experience for me.

Sir UMID cards are automatically changed to suitable wards according to the retirement basic pay. In HMIS app UMID card showing as per revised wards. But the problem is the ward not changed in the profile please rectify. Ward of entitlement in UMID Card changed. But in HMIS app profile icon is showing old entitlement. Please look at this error
