Good luck with logging in at all. Getting an "Unauthorized" error message even after changing my password. Can't login on the website either; getting a "Page cannot be displayed" error on multiple browsers once I submit my login information. Totally useless and a waste of time. When I first created the account I was able to login one time. After clearing my cache for the app and my browsers, as well as cookies on my browsers, the same error persists and I cannot login. How does this help anyone?

It worked great the first time I used it now it has made me make several different accounts than tells me I already have an account but can't access it. Than my member ID is not right.its always something with this app! Useless!! Don't even waste your time with it. Listen to every other review saying it's awful!

This is the worst app I've ever used and it seems like it works the way the people who run it want it to. Your correct information is always wrong, if you change your password and it says it has been updated, 8t is still wrong. It is designed and maintained so poorly you cannot actually get help, which is what I assume the ones who run it actually want. Screw the people that need help, am I right?

What is wrong with this app? 😕 is it anyone using this app successfully? It will not take any login information old or new ,why? You can update your passport and it will notify that it was successfully done & the when you log in it redirects you to a orange & white screen rebuffering over and over stating not found ? I would not give this one star ,whoever set this up is totally unprofessional or this misleading is intentional.

Cannot access app. When I try to open it, I can sign in. But, there is nothing after that. It just has the loading circle, spinning in the middle of the screen ... Never actually loads. I was, with a lot of luck, able to access the website

Completely useless! . App says I'm an "unauthorized user" when I try to login. Tried registering with it, but it said *member not found". I can still access everything on my laptop. Seems like this happens to most people.

Horrible app. Might as just delete it and not have one. Our insurance just got switched to this and it's so bad. Not even the website will work. The insurance system here is so bad. And when you call you get help no one ever picks up the phone.

I made several attempts to try to access my medical information change my daughter's address change my address and to no avail I still can't do anything with this app and then it keeps giving me a 404 message not found when I know I'm in the system I put my username password in and yet nothing happens it works maybe one or two times in the entire time I've had this app it doesn't make any sense why it's not working all I'm trying to do is correct my daughter's address 🤬
