Overall an okay app with issues with reliability and lack of vehicle support. Reason for deducting two stars: the Bluetooth proximity sensor thing is unreliable to the point that I cannot stop carrying my physical fob. Our community garage doors are also connected and I really wish there was Android Auto (Carplay too) to be able to open the garage from my car - better yet make it work with Tesla as seamlessly as your "individual home" Myq features work.

This app used to integrate with my Myq garage doors so I could control everything in one app. Somehow that feature has disappeared and I have tried several times to talk to someone as to how tonget it back. When I did finally reach someone they just said it works on their phone. They have an iPhone. It also does not work on my wife's phone. I have a note 20 ultra and she has a s20 ultra. I wish that feature could be restored somehow.

Updating from 1 to 3 stars because support is responsive. It says it connect with MyQ for garage access but the direction are wrong. They still advertise it but the feature was removed from Android. You would think it would be super easy to add a 4 digit pin for guest access but the app requires you to enter an email address and buy another license Directions say SMS but SMS isn't an option. Not going to get an email for UPS! And support will say just put in a fake email.

Occasionally, the app would randomly kick me out of my community, leaving me unable to enter my apartment garage. This has happened a few times late at night when I can't just follow someone in and I have to wait until the app decides to work again to enter the apartment garage. Other than that, the app itself is serviceable.

It works fine until you have any network or connectivity issue. At that point it enters a death spiral where it won't work or reset right. While it offers extra features over a clicker its just too unreliable. Just for how obviously inept the devs are the last star is gone. Bluetooth does not help and has been enabled since day 1. Its pretty clear this app is set to degrade.

My complex adopted this app at least six months ago, and it has been a huge improvement over the previous system. It provides quite a few extremely useful features. I love that I can pre-open the gate, so I don't have to come to a complete stop when pulling in. The only downside is that the widget does seem to exist - from what I can tell - and the occasional brief outage, which may be a local issue and not an app issue. (S22 running One UI 6.0)

this blows Edit: it's not a good format for opening an apartment complex gate. For one, you must have a cell phone to open a gate. That's at baseline not convenient compared to a key or keychain dongle. Second, you either have to arrive at the gate, and stop, then shuffle through your apps, find the app and wait for it to open, then scroll through, in my case, a long list of entry points to find the gate I need to open. It's so slow, and sometimes buggy, and I need to drive to another gate.

I'm so irritated at this nonsense. What a horrible idea. I already hated using my pin to get into my phone, opening the app, and pressing an icon that is hit or miss, just to get into my apartment complex. I've also had to sleep at work because my phone died and I couldn't get into my complex. Also, it's 2024. There are no widgets or integration with Android Auto. Rubbish.
