Getting straight to the point. This app does not work. I tried logging in a few times. I even contacted the support center, and they could not help at all. I didn't want the grant to expire, so I was trying every possible solution I could think of. What finally worked for me was going to the chek website and resetting my password through there. Hope this helps anyone.

Instructions are wrong in the email and needs to be updated. The app is restricted to only LOWERCASE letters in the email and password fields. Ugh knowing that beforehand would have saved me time during the setup.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if I didn't have to.. Applied for grant. Was approved, sent a temporary password that does not work. Followed all instructions to the letter, all lower case etc. tried from Android and IPhone. Many attempts to contact company via email and phone,nothing but an automated response. Very disappointed. This grant was really going to help is out this year.

I work as an athletic director at a Boy's & Girls Club, and I have processed MANY payments from this app! This app is absolutely NOT fake. Can it be difficult to use ABSOLUTELY. Lowercase pass and email. AND IF THE APP DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LOG IN I have had success going to the chekspend website, go to log in page and click forgot password, it will send a link, change password and then log on using that password with in the app.

This is the worse...needed to download to receive grant money and nothing. Followed instructions to download and setup and havent been able to log in. Have emailed multiple times and nothing. Did a forgot password option and just get a reply email to click for password reset that takes you back to email stating to click to reset. I finally get an email saying to update app and now I have 2 icons for Chek that don't work...looks like the money will sit there unused until complaints are heard

Was so very hard to get into. Finally figured out you have to use all lowercase letters and numbers no special characters. Once you get in click on the middle with the card information, the upper right for full card info. Needs better instructions my son almost didn't get to play.

Hey everyone I figured out how to get the money off the card hopefully this help everyone like it helped me. Make sure EVERYTHING is LOWERCASE email, and password! Mines worked and I really hope this works for you guys and the other parents! And yes this app does sucks and no one responds!

The lower case didn't work for me, I had to go to their actual website - login from there, click forgot password, wait for the email, reset the password and then login on the app. 😑 This app sucks.
