La guerra è finita: Troy è caduta. Dopo dieci lunghi anni, tu, sovrano della corona di Itaca, hai messo le vele per tornare a casa. Ma Poseidone, dio del mare, ha maledetto il tuo viaggio, e ora, molte prove si frappongono tra te e l'abbraccio amorevole del tuo coniuge e tuo figlio: Polifemo il ciclope, Scilla e Cariddi, le sirene, la terra dei mangiatori di loto ... tu ei tuoi compagni viaggerete anche nella terra dei morti.

• Guida il tuo equipaggio attraverso il mare oscuro di vino, a casa di Itaca o cadi preda delle numerose tentazioni lungo la strada.
• Fatti strada come leader, combattente o fai affidamento sulla tua famigerata lingua argentea come eroe proteiforme di "L'Odissea".
• Costruisci la tua reputazione e assicurati di essere ricordato come un eroe o ridefinisci il significato dell'eroismo stesso.
• Mettiti alla prova agli dei e rivendica tu stesso il tuo posto nel pantheon come dio.
• Affronta i tuoi demoni personali e i veri mostri dell'antica Grecia: i Ciclopi, le Sirene, Scilla, Cariddi e l'Idra!
• Ritorna nell'amorevole abbraccio del tuo coniuge e del tuo figlio che ti aspettano a Itaca, o fatti una nuova casa lungo la strada.
• Viaggia negli inferi, ma assicurati di poter pagare il traghettatore e domare il Cerbero a tre teste!

A good story, it had the the atmosphere of Illiad without getting too heavy. Could have been more romance options, I know that that is not the purpouse of a cog, it's just my personal preference. Replayability is sufficient for one distinctly different gameplay, second and third time won't differ that much, and thus I feel that the game in whole could have been about 20% longer, for the price.

Really good text adventure. It's a little frustrating that you are railroaded down a very specific journey, but it wouldn't really be the Odyssey if you could escape Poseidon's wrath, would it? Overall the story is interesting, and it lets you choose some very interesting options for how to face the big problem right at the end of the story depending on your stats. I would absolutely recommend playing if you're into Greek mythos or text adventures with interesting problem solving options

Omg. I haven't played a choice of game for a few years but realized I missed them and decided on this one because I love the time period. It was incredible. The adventure was nonstop, the characters all had unique personalities, the plot was great, and there was just enough romance to spice it up. It was so good I actually cried a little at the end. I will play it many more times and have already recommended it to people I know. I thank the writer for this amazing game.

Overall it was okay. To me, it doesn't seem worth the price (at least in CAD). Seemed on the shorter side and while there was some replay value, I didn't feel the desire to replay it much, I.e. it didn't hook me in with many of the other story thread possibilities. Seems very steeped in the original myths, and while that's cool, it makes it seem a bit railroaded and for those who know the myths, they can already anticipate almost all the next events.

Beautiful game, very unique in the feel and the story. A bit predictable for a lover of Hellenistic tales but imo experiencing it through fresh eyes made it all the more exciting. Very touching, asks a lot of big questions and leaves you thinking. Replayability value seems a bit low, but it's so genuinely enjoyable I didn't mind. Not sure what the complaints are about no good endings, I got a good ending my first try...

Beautifully written text adventure game that for me was a really interesting, novel format. There's so much there that's familiar from the Odyssey but getting to play through it as your own twist on the main character brings a fresh perspective that I really appreciated.

I really enjoyed the story. However I wish there is some kinds of guide or something because I need to know how to get a good happy ending. I replayed for hours in hope of a happy ending but all I got were bad and kinda unsatisfying ones.

It's okay. If you've ever read the Odyssey or have a familiarity with any Greek legend, it comes of pretty predictable. This is fine, as it's using that as a backdrop to set up the world. This is a double edge sword though, as if your not familiar with these legends, you may be lost with who certain characters are and what exactly is going on in the world. All in all, it's okay. Replay value is non existant for me
