I can't comment on the ride services, timings, or overall experience of the app because the first thing it asked for after sign-up was ID verification. I was surprised to see a requirement for a CNIC and a profile selfie just to book a ride. That felt unnecessary, so I uninstalled the app right away. Honestly, other ride-hailing apps are much better in this. well good for you guys for fake reviews on playstore.

Very poor application. I'm trying to log in by entering my number, but I'm not receiving any OTP, and nothing is showing up. It just keeps asking me to type my number again and again. Total waste of time. If the company can't even get the login process right, I can't imagine how bad the rest of the app must be.

Worst ride app in Pakistan, hands down. No matter how high the fare, not a single driver accepts requests — it’s like the drivers don’t even exist. The app itself feels like it was designed by an intern — clunky, slow, and frustrating to use. The only thing the Iride team seems good at is posting memes and jokes on social media. Maybe focus less on being funny and more on actually fixing the app and getting real drivers on board. Will never recommend this to anyone.

even after latest update, stuck at login page. everytime, i enter number> enter pin > again back to enter number, stuck in infinity loop and it sucks, issue not resolved and there is no way out. time waste , why this app on play store if i cant move ahead of entering pin code

Very bad experience with this App. No UI it's looks like someone's final year project. There is lot of changes required related to UI and business logic.

It keep aksing to registet as a driver. I just want to use it as a passenger. Whenever I open the app a windows in home screen popup with only two buttons Driver Registerations and Logout how to I book a ride?????? 😡😤

I just installed it, first thing I check is "Affordability" which is definitely not, as per ongoing situation. Its understandable as per economy, however there should be balance between earning chance given to drivers and fare offers to riders. The starting bid is quiet high. There should be option for car like Mini, class 1, class 2 if you want to be same but different at the same time and attract more people. Btw your billboard is great. Im hoping for intersting updates in future.
