I have been using this app for a while and seen improvements over the years. I mostly use it to report graffiti or bad potholes in areas that i frequent. It would be nice to add more online interactive features that don't require me having to call a number to get an issue resolved. One addition that would he helpful would be the ability to report a vehicle parked illegally via the app instead of having to call the SAPD parking control number, make it as simple as when you report graffiti.

Nothing is good. You report something and they give you round the round. We shouldn't be doing their job. They need to get out of office and drive thru certain neighborhood to see violations, on house, yards, cars. Etc

update from feb 6th 2023 v2023.1.1.2 does not actually remove reports when they are deleted and confirmed. my report list is now over 300 reports long and 290 of them are closed and i cannot get them to delete from the report list.

Useless waste of an app!!!!!! When you report things on the app nobody helps you it just directs you to call the non emergency number for help. Then why have an app in the first place!!!!
