This app is terrible ever since the bug fix updates on June 18, 2024. I don't know what bug fixes they fixed but they screwed up the log in feature of the app. I will be told my session login has expired at all different times in getting into the app. Even before I'm two steps into logging in. Then it takes numerous login attempts and passage of time before I'm able to login correctly. It has been really frustrating the last few months using this app.

Very helpful if don't have the desktop version. I've been using this app every since the Covid-19 19 because all libraries were closed. If you make an error it will show the error you made! You can also save what you haven't finished.

I tried to log in with my credentials in the app and it says my credentials don't exist. I just changed my pay to address through the state and champs third party login works just fine. So this is not a useful app for me. I guess I will submit my payroll ESV through the third party website until this review is either read and the issue is dealt with or I feel like calling support. It seems like it would be a useful app and I'm willing to change the rating if I can log into my account

This app is not user friendly all. I don't know how many times it tells me I have the wrong password and I don't. I'm very sick of going through this every time I try to sign in. Then I reset my password and set up the new one for it to tell me that was my old password. Well really? Then why in the hell didn't it work. Useless.

I've used this app for a few years now, really liked it untill I had to do an update for it and now it doesn't work. Missed the deadline for my paychecks because of it. I just uninstalled it. Maybe tomorrow I'll install it again and hope for the best.... It won't let me log marches chores it's just stuck on April 1st.

I wish I could hide expired authorizations, so they're not all listed when I open the app. I'd also like to look back on the "submit" date. Otherwise, it's a simple and easy to use app.

This is better than filling out paperwork and mailing it into the office.Its better than champs login System.Much easier to Access and understand. I think if I'm doing more than the task duties I should be able to document even if it only has certain number of days.

dont know what the issue is. I submit my logs the 1st of every month before 9 am. still havent gotten paid for May. was told I have to re submit but cant get past validating phone amd email. it says error cant connect at this time. been doing this for 2 days now.
