I can call out just fine but I tried calling in and it went to voicemail. No notification, no call history logged. I finally got a call through the app five and a half hours later. I don't know how I could pick up a call from myself from 5.5hrs ago, but I did. Thank god I didn't hear a voice on the other end. Edit: a day later i got another call saying it was from myself and I DID hear a voice on the other end. It was a spam call. So incorrect caller ID.

UPDATE: My customer service experience was stellar. This is scarily terrible. Hopefully, none of my sensitive or business info is compromised. I wonder if the company that connected me to this "service" knows how useless this app is. Then, the audacity to remove calls and messaging from the web and make it available in the defective app only is disturbing.

Honestly surprised the developers still have this app available for how much of a disappointment it is for me and all these other users. Completely unreliable for calling, texting, receiving voicemails. I can't tell you how much money my new small business has potentially lost relying on this phone app. I've spent a bunch of money in marketing to display this number on ads and yard signs and yet I repeatedly get missed calls. Do not recommend.

Terrible App! Calls are slow slow coming in that you miss every one. I have to call everyone back. It stops working without notice and says you need to update it to work. One time I opened it up to make a call and it had signed me out, and I didn't have my password on me. I'm looking to port my number elsewhere. I thought Magic Jack was bad, but this is terrible!

WORTHLESS!!! You've been warned. 95% of the time, when I answer a call, it hangs up. If it even let's me answer. Messages sometimes come through. Updates ALL THE TIME for "bug fixes." That only seems to add more bugs! DON'T DO IT!

Gonna Have to set up the call forwarding to my personal cell again. Every time I get a call on the app, it hangs up when I try to answer. The texts also regularly have issues coming through now. The struggle is real.

Too many freezes; ability to connect calls are expectedly questionable; last bug fix doesn't seem to have improved functionality. [Ughh] I'm hoping for a better version sooner than later.

DONT USE!!! PORT THE NUMBER WITH ANOTHER CARRIER! Don't waste your time, got this app through a free 90 day service, now regretting due to marketing. I'm only communicating with a couple of people(new startup business) and it has already sent a single text 13 times at different times. Wasn't even all at the same time. When I use navigation it's constantly telling me someone is calling that isn't. And the volume stopped working on my phone. App is junk and I hope I can transfer the phone number.
