I was unable to reset my password. I tried many times but nothing was sent to my email. I looked in every category. I am not able to use this app for my job at all! I cannot figure any method to recover my password, I tried every password I could think of and since nothing is ever sent to my email, I'm at a loss! Rating: ZERO, it won't allow my zero though.

This app is required by my employer. But frequently it states you have been disconnected, "Log out in the upper right corner of screen" The only problem is that there is NO LOGOUT ICON on the upper right side of the screen. Yes, the tool tip sends you to a non-existent button. And if you log out, its still broken. If you uninstall and reinstall, it is still broken. If you go from wifi to data or to another wifi hotspot, it is still broken. Because this is happening to multiple people where I work on different providers and with different brands of cell phones, this means it is an INTERNAL ERROR IN THE COMPANY'S APP. I cant stand something that is broken, that is a requirement to get your work schedule, schedule days off, trade shifts etc. And for a nurse, this is especially frustrating with changes to staffing daily. This APP is USELESS, and POORLY SUPPORTED>>>> thumbs down x 1000

it wont let me view my schedule online only on my phone. i like the app but id like to see my schedule in a full month's view like a calendar. However, it shows my schedule as a list one day after another. it would be easier to see our days off if it was done like a calendar.

I've checked the settings I checked the Android version I'm thinking it has to do with the app itself and the permissions because I have installed it in another Android phone and it works fine it has to do with the version of the download on Android I've yet to see it on Apple iPhones if it has that same issue but the blue button were logged in does not appear or it does not have room for it to appear on the bottom of the screen when I took the login

Everytime I log in it says"Your session has been disconnected" Then it says "Click the logout button in the top right corner......but there is no logout button in the top right corner. This app does NOT allow me to connect with my employer. It needs to be fixed.

Needs an option to export to calendar apps. Would be nice to program an alarm on shift days. Seems pretty limited in functionality. Keeps logging me out. A calender view would help too. This app is very poorly designed.

Had to do the upgrade , I forgot password and now after 3 tries not receiving password recovery link!!! I was find with the app as it was, it was simple. I would appreciate someone getting back to me VERY SOON because now I cannot view all the shifts I picked up this month!!!!

Had app about 4 years. Up until than no problems. Now having problems for couple of weeks, I thought it was me when I changed phones. Now I know I'm not the problem, now I'm going to my job and letting them find out what going on. Like some of the others reviews it is not letting me login, saying error on password or weak signal and again like the others said there's no, logging out and there's no chaning password. Thats why I am only giving 2 stars.
