I've been a member since many years ago. Sushi Tei is a great place, but the App needs fixing. First, I just realized that the App is asking access to our phone storage in order to show our points, etc. I don't think it is necessary to access my photo albums and phonebook just to top up my Sushi Tei points, no? Second, why do you need access to the App itself just to top up points? Using our phone numbers should be enough, don't you think? I have missed lots of points due to this policy.

Not an user-friendly app. They set it as a compulsory way to order, but the apps is not very intuitive. Some dishes are not available there so I have to check it manually. I ended order everything without apps. I am open to every improvement, but this way is not helping us. I hope they can figure out another way to improve our experience and not the other way around.

Useless Piece of Junk. Got points for every purchase in sushi tei, but the accumulated points will be gone if the membership expired. Really?? There's expiration on the membership?? That's just lame!!! Worst thing is, there's no notification on the app, and no clear rules on the expiration.

when I first installed this app at December 2018, this app was fine, I could see my own card. But in February 2019, I couldn't see my own card, which is troublesome and annoying. useless app. and I couldn't change my password or even log out. what a rubbish app 💩 fix this issue.

Waste of time It has a very short expiration date. After eating there many times, tried to scan, cashier said your membership expired! It's only 2 months. All accumulated points disappeared. Don't waste your time on this. You get better cashback benefits paying with Ovo. BTW, you can't get points if you pay with Ovo.

All good except for entering birth date data. It's taking time if you're born in 1970s. I'm sure not only me complaining about this. Suggest the system to change by typing manually. It'll be easier for customers.

the latest update (Des 2023) is full of bugs, we cannot see the QR membership to show on the cashier, the screen start blinking non stop when i open the profile page :( has been trying to reinstall but the problem still the same

Rubbish..... Useless. Not being followed up and developed by Sushi Tei. Was using this app,when suddenly stop working, logo appeared but nothing happened. Please Fix and I will consider the rating. Otherwise. It'll stay like this.
