L'app di monitoraggio mobile Crown Micro consente di monitorare gli inverter solari Crown Micro off-grid/ibridi tramite il modulo Wi-Fi. L'utente può connettersi facilmente con Crown Inverter, non importa dove ti trovi con l'aiuto di Crown Monitor Smart Application. L'utente converte il proprio Solar Inverter in Smart Solar Inverter tramite l'applicazione Android Crown Monitor.

The graphs are not of good quality and can't be zoomed into if user wants to look closely at some specific time interval. Furtheore, it should also show a graph of off grid power consumption particularly at night so that one can monitor and manage his power usage. Thanks.

The functioning of this app is better now and it is useful to check current power and notifications (although it needs a good internet connection for this otherwise it gets stuck). One problem to see is that the days generation listed on the app vs inverter is different. One more thing to add. 'Delete account' option is just under sign out and accidentally clicking it will delete your account without even confirmation. Thankfully the customer support is good & they helped to recover my account.

Since 2 weeks the app is not showing "diagram" data, which shows graphs of current, voltages and power of PV and Batteries. This app never shows the utility power data when using PV and Utility both mixed (SUB or SBU) mode. Software support from comoany is almost zero (look busy, do nothing). The data problem was resolved later in 2 weeks

Hi, I'm having problem with the alarms option. It shows number of alarms but it no longer alows me to see kind of alarms and whether they have been processed or are still waiting for process. This problem occurred after a week use. I even reinstalled the software to overcome the problem but it still persists.

I have been using this App since installation of solar approx 6 months back. But various issues observed. 1. Wifi connectivity of device is not good. 2. There is huge difference in actual production and what the app shows. 3. No data being shown for last two days on first module (power generation) 4. Alarm management not showing the code under which alarm to be checked for trouble shooting. 5. It should separately show the units being consumed and exported out of total daily/monthly production.

Worst app, need a lot of improvements. Most of the time servers aren't working and don't post the data for app diagram. Sometimes the data mismatch between app main screen and in inverter. The refresh rate is too slow for inverter to show data in app. Overall it's a pathetic app and it needs to be revamped completely.

30th June review update: Application is back to normal, still couple of minutes behind from live inverter data, ui and graphs need improvements, when you select or hold a specific point it should show data and lines like before May 2024 update. Thanks May 2024 update After recent upgrade of May 2024, app is not collecting and showing real time data, randomly stops and displays previous data as live, inverter and app data doesn't match.

The Crown app is worst of its kind. You need to invest on it for upgradation. At the moment, just simply look into the galaxy app. They provide very much useful information during the monitoring. Although the quality of galaxy inverters may not be good in comparison to Crown but their app is the best. So, I think the crown company should learn from them. And improve your app. Thanks
