This is indeed a very useful app for monitoring and resolving consumer complaints. The last update is also very nice. Only one minor improvisation is required. Gang leader should get a complaint message as soon as complaint is assigned to them.

I suggest for some updates on prakash apps which includes meter serial number on consumer information section. Becouse some times when line staff going for disconnection through BP no. It's hard to fine.
