This app is awful. The two factor authentication is strictly through email. Every time I try to log in, the process times out during validation of the authentication code. When it does work, the pages are usually blank, with just a sliver of a button peeking out from the notification bar at the top of the phone screen. This app is less user-friendly than Donald Trump. It's laughable to suggest we download the app when it never works.

6 Months. It took 6 months to "find" my account. Had to repeatedly enter it over and over again, use the mail that they sent me for the bill, still didn't work until I went onto an actual computer to input everything. And it still had trouble with the next step. Finally, about to give up, I went onto my iPad and downloaded the app and I was able to at least progress a little further. At least enough to get started on my account. It shouldn't have taken 6 months 🤦🏾♂️

painfully slow and terrible. takes 5 minutes to login, multifactor is email only, even the most basic apps allow for biometrics. this app was not designed well, I suspect it's a web application wrapped in an android app wrapper. please try again. also forced me to reset my password and while doing so I got no confirmation that it actually changed. it just sat on the same page with no updates.

Having login issues after no changes.

When I first tried logging in, I got a message to update my password. After doing so, logging in results in "Internal server error". The popup banner buttons are also half hidden at the top of the screen. No a good start.

Doesn't let me sign in. It takes forever to authenticate your credentials. Then you eventually get in and have to give a two factor code it sends you. You get that, enter it and then it just spins for a really long time before eventually failing.

Doesn't work at all, for the past 8 months (since it was first advertised). The app gives an "internal server error" when I try to login. Height it when these companies push an app that is garbage and inadequately tested.
