Good app, but it needs improvement. I love being able to communicate with parents and input daily care, but I've noticed a bug with the premium version (which is very affordable). One minute, I have access to messaging and pictures, and the next, it says I have to pay.. not sure why this is but hope it gets fixed soon along with the loading issue (sometimes I end up just seeing a loading screen instead of information and have to close then reopen the app)

Loving this app thus far Only suggestion/improvements would be 1. The ability to add photos to meal section, I like to show what the portion sizes are so this would be helpful 2. The ability to select and add multiple photos at a time As a professional nanny of 14 years this app over all is great. It keeps parents in the loop and saves me time at the end of the day updating them

Super useful app! This app has gotten much better recently. It's so useful for tracking my nanny's hours. She loves it and it keeps us in sync. I love that I can set notification options on a granular level (I can get notified when my baby naps and is given medicine, but elect to not be notified of every diaper change). Recent updates have made the app much more responsive and performant. Great work!

Pretty good app, but still lots of opportunities. 1. The calendar has many glitches. It changes the times I input after I press save, so I have to correct it multiple times. It sometimes won't even save when I try to make the corrections. It also doesn't let you change individual appointments when it is associated with a series. 2. I can't save videos shared here to my phone. I can save pictures but not videos. 3. There is no option to receive phone notifications of messages sent in the app.

Great concept! Poor execution. This app has everything I was going to create an excel spreadsheet for and then some. I love that I can track my nannys hours and stay up to date with what my child is doing every day. However, I don't love the blackout screen and can't change that. The font when typing is also black so thats frustrating. payment can't be done through Google and I have to enter my card info into the app and that makes me nervous. So overall concept is there execution is lacking.

I was excited to find this app. But once my nanny signed up with her updated email it just doesny let me update the rate. Exception handling is nil.it throws a straight error mag that is json related. I am stuck and my ocd to keep things updated is not helping me like this app. It's very average on visual aspect and could really do with updates that help it make look more pro. (Contact me if you need help :D on this) It could go a long way with little updates

this app has been great for us. Very helpful to review his diet and diaper changes when I take over ar the end of the work day. I love the pictures as well, however I am not able to download them to my phone. There are some real keepers there, would love to have then for my own albums. Im using a Nexus 5.

This app is by far the most effective way to keep both the nanny and parents in contact with one another regarding complete detailed child care, hours that the nanny has worked with total pay calculated for you, ability to send messages and/or pictures between nanny and parents and the option to take/save pictures. It's secured so that only the users invite can view the information you posted. I can't imagine working without this app and would recommend it to anyone. I had a glitch in the app today and emailed the contact re: the issue and within hours I was contacted directly and the issue resolved. You don't hear of customer service like that anymore!!
