App works great as long as you understand the lock does not constantly stay paired to the app, in fact it times out all too quickly which can be annoying. But this seems to be a design of the lock, not the app. As per the instructions with my lock, you have to wake up the lock by pressing a numerical button. You need to be ready right away to change settings on the app before the lock communication times out again else you will have to do a keylock button press again to wake back up.

I continuously get operation failed. I could literally be holding my phone up against the unit and it still will say operation failed. I've been trying to create a custom passcode for somebody to use and it continuously keeps telling me that it's failing and then when I try it again it says that that passcode is already taken but if you go back it's not in the list of passcodes that I've created. I don't understand what's happening. It's super frustrating though.

I have been using this digital wireless door lock for almost a year now and it has worked great. The setup was easy there has been no maintenance other than changing the batteries and I have only had to change them out one time in a year (4 AAA's) Very Good Product.👍

This is by far THE WORST app to use. The lock looks great. I cannot get it the app to sync to the lock. It says it can't find the lock! Totally unacceptable when my phone is on Bluetooth with full reception and my phone is touching the lock. I will have to have write a rating on Amazon for someone to call me back.

Got the latest latest version teeho lock. Installed it in about 10 minutes. Downloaded the app. Synced the lock to the app. Added some users and fingerprints. Everything went smooth and easy. Lock works great. App works great. I just ordered the hub to connect to it remotely, so hopefully that goes just as smoothly.

Mos aspects of the app are pretty easy to use. The huge problem is that you can't tell if the door is locked unless you can see the lock which makes it usless if i have to walk up to ot to check. It would would be advantageous if the app changed colors when the lock was unlocked or locked. Or if the big lock icon on the app was open or closed when the app was locked or unlocked.

the app is useless and doesn't connect to my lock no matter how many times I follow the directions to a T. I own a technology business and this is my livelihood to make stuff like this work. Sadly no matter what I did, no workey. I returned the lock and got one that I know works. The look of the Veise lock is beautiful but it does not function in conjunction with the app for configuration. boo sauce

The slider in the puzzle will not slide at all. Therefore I cannot open the app. I have tried multiple times on numerous devices. The lock is good though. I just can't get into the app to make any changes
