This was my 1st time trying this type of app. A little disappointing as the majority of my messages would not go through. A tiny "1" appears when the message goes through. Most of the time that wouldn't happen and when I'd wait or come back to the app there was a red circle with an "!". I had the option to resend. It may or may not go through but by that point more messages were received and my texts were irrelevant.

horrible. for no reason it keeps failing to send messages and it even takes a while to show me the error. cant even do anything not even cancelling or retrying to send the message. by the time it's showing me that the messages weren't sent, the artist has long went offline and i couldn't even participate in the conversation. if there's one consistent thing about the app is that it just KEEP FAILING TO SEND THE MESSAGES as if messing me on purpose. i'm so angry. what is the damn point of paying?

I love this app because I can contact and send message to my favourite artist that I never thought I could do that. I'm in here for 100+ days. It's ok. No problem. My artist always communicate that really make me happy. Just have to respect the rules. You should try! Thank you 🥰 Annie

Great app to communicate with the artists. The translator however, needs to be changed or upgraded! As well as better notifications as they are occasionally delays in showing!

Very nice app that let you communicate with the artists. Translate function is quite good and helpful if you are not that fluent in Korean.

The translation needs a LOT of improvement. They should use other translation system. The app should include "special" birthday greetings to users. They should also add like a news or update section.

I love it as everything that has JELLYFISH involved... and the people asking for the translation improvements needs to chill... like what were you guys expecting this is a place to communicate with KOREAN IDOLS so if you want to communicate with them then YOU should learn Korean.... not ask for translation services....
