Totally unusable. Purchased product from Amazon didn't come with the code it asks for, which is idiotic to even license this garbage anyway, I mean why? It can't be used with other products, so why even bother with rights management? It just further devalues the already cheap, inaccurate product. I was really hoping the software would read the raw sensor data and use the phones muscle to process it for a more responsive and accurate read. But no, I even if you buy direct it's impossible to use

I have installed in android tablet. There is a bug. The reading shows negative all the time.. When I try install in ipad the reading is all good There is an issue with the android version.. Pls help us fix soon as possible

Hi please check the apps. There is something error. We can't get negative reading on the apps. Only positive even the bubble is negative position.

First off, it requires your location which IS NOT NECESSARY for a Bluetooth connection. They are collecting and selling location data. Second, you can only use the code they send to register the device on one phone. Other phones would have to buy their app. Uninstalling and returning device. No thanks.

I have tried to connect via bluetooth, and it just keeps crashing.

Having the account login required to use the app has made me unable to use the level successfully when I've been without service. It really needs an offline mode option.

This terrible app opened once when I downloaded it to ask for my location and license and now it won't open at all. What's the point in spending all that money on an expensive level when the stupid app won't even open. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
