Brain-dead company I have no issues with the products but their customer service is terrible. I ordered 2 100ml hair serum. They showed a different date for expected delivery and when the delivery came early i was out of station for 1 day and they said they would call me next day.Guuess what they didn't call me after they they said the seller has contracted for return even though I wanted to keep it.Very poor customer service.

Fraud app.. I ordered 2 hair masks for 650. Originally its 500 rupees. But they have offer and hence told me that I will be sent 2 products for 650. And finally they sent only one hair mask. And when I reached out to customer care, they said they won't be able to help even to return the order. Biggest scam ever..!

Worst ever experienced the wrong item was delivered and it took almost 15 days and numerous followups with the team they said will back call back never received the call unless I contacted them. to return the product and the delivery agent that was assigned was denying to pick the return. Lack of support and no resolution Inspite their mistake of delivering the wrong product

Products are awesome. Have ordered multiple times but the app experience is pathetic. It is slow to load any page and I had to make multiple attempts before I could successfully log in. The app needs a makeover to make it smooth for the end user. Two stars only for the terrible app experience. Products are 5 star

First of all it doesn't deserve rating infact it doesn't deserve 0 rating even the worst product ever I saw I amazed to see the result on using the first tym and the first tym will be the last tym using this pilgrim ka keratin patua shampoo and hair mask worst product worst quality wastage of money totally disappointed 😞 with this product going to uninstall

Dont order anything from.these people,the products might be good but the customer service is horrible.they send empty boxes in the name of replacement order and they simply say that you might have already opened the box and displaying from the other side to show us.dont buy anything and report to the consumer court then itself they will learn something

I have an order an product worth of Rs 2300 from pilgrim on 2nd October still I have not received my parcel. And the courier service is very worst they did even call me. Without making any call they simply returned my order and again I had made a prepaid order that also taking too much time. Literally they are loosing their customes....

The products are great but the app misses an important information to show which is the expected delivery option. It does not show when we will get the ordered items in app.
