La nostra nuovissima Driver App è un'app complementare per gli utenti di Distinctive Systems Coach Manager, Tour Booking System (TBS) e Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS).La funzionalità include la possibilità per i conducenti di eseguire i loro controlli quotidiani e segnalare eventuali difetti. Per gli utenti di Coach Manager, consente inoltre ai conducenti di visualizzare un elenco delle prenotazioni a cui sono stati assegnati, visualizzare i dettagli completi di ciascuna ed essere guidati attraverso ciascuna modalità di guida.

App now crashes after doing an update approx 2 weeks ago. I need to switch my phone off when entering a Major Hazard Facility (gas plant). When exiting the plant and switch my phone back on, the app crashes. It says a critical error has occurred. I have to close the app and reopen it, sometimes this fixes, sometimes it crashes again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling back still has the same problem.

Very useful app for getting all the details of my upcoming jobs. One feature that would make it 5 star would be if I could send the basic start finish times to my Google Calendar which I share with my family

Running Android 12 on Galaxy S21... Unstable. Crashes a LOT. Screen freezes when trying to view uploaded photos. Randomly closes itself, and on occasion it can take a few logins to work. Not helpful when doing pre-starts you need to meet school bus narrative times, and you have to abandon the app. Send a crash report every time but no fix so far in 18 months.

Great to use, especially as i can use without data/wifi then upload pre-start checks when in town. However, when i have checked it's all up-to-date at end of shift, and have a few days off, then when i check my diary for next shift without connecting to wifi it is showing i have shift But details are blank so I cannot check which vehicle i should be doing my run in. Do i really have to write it on paper? How about a "flag" warning may not be up-to-date instead of blank diary day? Thanks.

Well, it's kind of okay, but doesn't seem to give those assigning jobs helpful notification of whether drivers accept or, more significantly, REJECT a job. Initial screen is almost completely pointless. There's not much shown on the visible area while the font isn't large, scrolling about unnecessarily to find what there is, which is so often "not much more". You cannot select text from the information shown. It does seem to be improving, especially regarding the linking with maps.

Many crashes when viewing logged defects and previous checks. Walk around checks disappearing from the list. I need to be able to prove that I have checked the vehicle and noted defects so if there is a dispute, there is no question. I used to keep the old stubs in the book. Now I have a crashing app and disappearing logs. I don't trust operators and neither should you.

Awkward and difficult to use at first. Especially for older people not used to doing walk around checks on their mobile phones. Certain categories on walk around check list need extra slot to fit issues not covered by preset information. Also not enough scope for defects that are not prelisted, sometimes have to use other categories that don't really make sense. In my opinion, you can't beat the old fashioned walk around check cards where you could fill it out much quicker and defect easier.

App keeps crashing and theres no explanation offered, just continues with the error message randomly on my phone causing disruption in whatever I am doing, seems the app continues to run in the background as even when I have logged out app still continues to run. no solution offered as yet. Be careful what you install on your phone as theres no reason for this app to be running in the background.
