Terrible app to use Slow loading and navigation through app terrible...terrible pay...terrible customer service...terrible everything...definitely deleting my account if they let me lol Stay away ...waist of time and money

You select a gig, that your favorite helper hands requests you fir, then it says they have a limited supply of hands, even though it was hands that requested you lol, total incompetence, then you won't know if you got the job until the next morning 1 hour before its time to start, hope you didn't plan something else, also if you are late because of this scenario, they will charge you money for their mistakes, more than you would have made.

App not connecting. The app says whoops there a problem you could not connect please try again. I connected support. They said to uninstall and reinstall the app and should work. If not send a screenshot and they will try to fix it. That was a day and a half ago. Still no response...

I have unpaid wages. this has happened 2 times already. the first time was over 3 months ago. I have called and emailed several times. they keep telling me it will be on the next pay cycle, it has not been resolved. the second time happened today. I was not paid for another order. what do I do? can dolly support resolve this issue if you are reading. it is illegal to hold pay. what do I do? both orders were completed. I was not paid for my work

if you start as a hand and pay for the background check then want to join as a Team, they want to charge you again for another background check even if you're recent background check was less than 24hr and they say that's their policy to double charge. The app is also buggy, I don't get any Dolly's and the app doesn't load or work, it's a horrible

The pay is insulting it's obvious that they have no regard for the person doing the work and they have no clue how to calculate mileage for compensation. I get an offer for a $43 job that is 55 miles away then will have to drive 45 miles back? This app is the fastest way to go broke I have ever seen. If you were truly your own business then you could also set your own rates. The only person making money by way of this app is the company doing background checks. Horrible app.

The app was running smoothly in the summer, but ever since then, I've been kicked out of any bid I've sent to a Helper. Customer support explained the issue but never gave me a solution. I don't see myself working for this platform moving forward. If I do, I'll drop an update. (PS: Don't register if you plan on being a Hands. Also, a majority of big paying jobs +$150 as a Helper require a box truck. The rest are initially $100 or below. Tips aren't guaranteed.)

Low pay, never get dollies i request, as soon as you get a notification for an open dolly, whenever you click on it, like literally milliseconds before the notification, it says dolly is no longer available, its been taken, well why in the world would you keep sending notifications if they not available, makes no sense.
