Packed my last trip with this. Love the app so far, but missing a few features I wish it had. 1.) Price of gear 2.) Date purchased just to keep track of how long i have had something, and what i want to replace it for, also a color selector instead of a photo. It would also be cool if the paid eversion could be used via the web on a pc, and let them sync. Thank you for making this, will be using it on my next hike to. I like its simplicity and how much gear is in the gear locker. :) Thank you

I really like the look of this app, and it has all the features I'm looking for. Developer is very active on Reddit, responding to comments and questions regularly, and adding and improving features. Looking great! I love the multi-platform aspect, which helps as we try to teach others how to learn to love backpacking!

Quite handy to help organize for trips. Could be optimized more for ease of adding items when searching but overall once you spend 15mins playing with you figure it out quickly. Edited reply to dev: I'll let you know!

I found the app very useful for planning and preparing for multiday hikes. The app allows you to easily identify where your excess weight is and ensures you are packing sufficient calories for the hike. When I needed assistance with the app, I got a prompt response, my feedback was taken onboard and additions made to provide even greater support. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Great app, exactly what I'm looking for Only suggestions I have is to add 'Sub Bags', I have a Personal Bag, Toiletree Bag, Food Bag, etc.etc. It would be nice to be able to pack these 'Sub Bags', and then add them to the Main Packs. I think it would also be nice to have a final 'Checklist' I could tick off the night before my trip to confirm I have everything. Either way, great app. I have loaded all my gear and love the photo capabilities.

DFTS has helped me stay organized and prepared for my last few trips! Entering new gear is very straight forward and creating new a pack is a simple and intuitive process. The info cards are very useful and I love that you can break out gear into different categories as you pack.
