I like driving for draiver. I really dislike the new app. When I'm on a drive with multiple vehicles being moved I need to be able to clearly see the pickup and receiving info as well as the VIN in advance of moving the vehicles so that I can efficiently arrange and plan my trip. This is especially true if I'm setting up after hours pickup and delivery. It's a waste of time for me to have to call draiver to get the vehicle info because I'm unable to see it until I get to that step on my drive.

Comparing the two apps on the old app you can see your hikers , and one can locate them as with the lead driver along with being able to call each one. Pictures we can't upload from flies . When offers come through I can't see them , the old Draiver app you can, I get a notification from text messages, but not through the app . Pictures we now have a schematic both sides front and back, in tight spaces we can't always get the best shot. Of course we have additional pictures taking , tyml.

New version is terrible. Just like Uber, this company is wasting money on stuff nobody is asking for. We want trips to pay better. Put the commission back to 20%! Keep the apps small and simple and not hogging resources on our phone. Many drivers are deliberately not upgrading. We don't need preschool style graphics that are poorly formatted to our phone screen. We need a simple app interface that works and doesn't bog down our phone. Scrap this horrible new interface and go back to the old!

The new version of this app is absolutely horrible. Everything is dynamically served from the server side so if you are in an area with bad cell service you can't do anything on the app that you need to do because all data comes from the server. Also the UI glitches out for the people that are using fold phones and is not responsive

I have been with this company for several years. I don't mind changes that will make things better and more efficient, but the new version of the app is terrible. It gives you a lot less information, limitations, and less vibrant. I have re-downloaded the old version. because if I would have kept the beta or new version, I would not have properly been able to accept work. And I would not be able to continue working. I hope that they make more changes

I've really come to enjoy DRAIVER. The company could be a little more organized, but from what I'm told it could just be my specific area. The jobs have allowed me to travel all over the US, and get flown home, all while being paid, from an app! The app leaves a few things to be desired, when entering in vehicle info during pickup/dropoff, if you have to navigate away off of the app for any reason before you submit that step, your entered mileage, license plate #, & fuel level get wiped

The app itself is pretty decent. No real problems, but the support needs significant improvement, when they don't bother to get back with you, especially the email support, which is from Brazil, where they THINK they understand things like how to read an American gas receipt, but they are actually missing the most fundamental concepts and you have to explain over and over to them, just to hear them tell you, you're wrong. Absolute insanity, where the customer is "always wrong," apparently...

I really want to use this app but I think my app is not working properly, there is not way to tap available and not available, it shows available all the time, if you try to toggle it set you as priority, if you go to look at another tab and toggle back you can see a error for an instant and the grayed out unavailable then goes to available, I am so confused on how to get this app to work correctly, my app does not work nothing like they show in screen shots or explain once you are onboard,
