I supposedly have leak detection alerts turned on. Yesterday I accidentally left a hose on. It was on for almost 24 hours before I noticed it. I got no leak alerts. No notification, no email, no SMS. Nothing. The entire reason I wanted this app was for leak alerts. So basically it's no good

Very useful tool to keep track of your water usage. A must have for every property owner where their utility provider provides this tool. You'll be able to track usage patterns and spikes down to hourly granularity. Customer support is excellent. AlisonN very patiently worked with me through my login issue until it was resolved. I highly recommend this app.

So bad I don't even know where to begin. I went to the web address given to me by the city (utilities paid to City) to sign-up. Page not found! Went ahead & installed the app (didn't want app. Wanted to use it via browser) on my phone. Account creation was extremely fast unfortunately they have the wrong meter number associated with my account. Needless to say the water usage they are reporting is incorrect. Not only that they are saying that water cost is $0.00.

I find this a very useful app. Recently I had the city I live in change their water meter so I could see hourly usage. This gave me a more accurate understanding of how I was using water. I can now see how much we use to take showers etc in the morning, as well as water used for watering my landscape at different times of the day (meaning I can see the usage based upon how I have my automatic sprinkler timer set up, for example the drip watering versus the lawn sprinklers in the front and rear of the home). This added detail really helps focus on where I might be able to save water and money. When I moved in my home a year ago I didn't have any history for a week to week or month to month comparison. Now that I have built up this history from my usage, to determine if I am making progress in reducing water use. The feature that shows my usage versus "similar" or "efficient" customers may have value, however, it is hard to figure out what an homes might be included in each category. Getting the median average as well as mean average might give these reference data more value. Overall, a very good and useful app. Pretty critical given that droughts will return.

Dropcountr did a great job keeping me apprised on water usage when I lived in Austin and helped point out potential problems before they became big ones. Only reduced bc the app asks for a lot of privileges (ability to write over other apps, for example) that seem unnecessary for the task.

I lost my drop counter app, since it decided to quit reporting for some crazy reason. I did contact them, and they resolved my issue very quickly, great customer service, and very friendly. Thnx again "K" for all ur help.

It's a pretty worthless app. Not at all intuitive to use, they lag in reporting periods is slower than your billing pattern. Last, most of the more detailed metric functions are no functional.

Why do you need access to my phone's call information and photos, media, etc. for this app (as the user agreement requires)? That is completely unrelated to the intent of the app.
