The worst service app I have ever used. We requested a service and it assigned a professional after the requested time. Now comes the issues - we cannot close, I mean cancel the service request. So, we rescheduled. Triesd it 3 times, it never assigned a professional just stayed an open service request. On top of this, we cannot update the address. The contact numbers they gave doesn't connect to an agent. They tell you to wait and it goes on forever.

Eureka forbes is prompt in selling AMC. The invoice sent last year is not ok. Unable to open it with password. Unable to download it from app. The emails have standard reaponse. Service is also poor. The technicians are poorly trained in work but good for company. Horrible experience. Do not recommend buying AMC or buying the products

What's the point of having to sign up for AMC services, pay extra only to find out that you guys are useless in terms of after sales services. Paid for the full year only 1 service done in the entire year and now the plan is about to expire. And the app does not update requests properly and customer service is just as useless as the app - Clueless-. Stop conning customers to buy your service if you cannot own up to delivering.

Never purchase Eureka Forbes Water Filter UV, RO as they are unable to give services afterwards properly. In their Android app they give large number of options of time schedule but they do not follow the same. Even after renewing my AMC before my due date, they are unable to provide my water filter kit on time. Do not waste your money on Eureka Forbes.

I had taken platinum AMC for 3 years from September 2023 to Sep 2026. I always had a very bad customer service. They are non responsive, reluctant and does not value time. I had placed request on 23Nov24, after multiple follow ups n calls n msgs the technician visited on 27Nov24 to address the issue. Pathetic customer service. Never choose Eureka Forbes water filters. There are so many other brands in market who give best customer service, choose wisely. Helpline number is of no use too.

Worst service. I have created a ticket a week ago for water softner related issue. Inspite of escalating the issue and speaking to customer care there's no response from technician. You are least bothered to check with customer whether the issue has been addressed or to explain why there was a delay. If you can't provide proper service then please don't sell the products to customers by giving false promises during the sale of the products..!!!

My Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner WDX2 stops working after 20 secs. The same happens even when restarted. complaint was booked on 26 Oct and Service Engr arrived on 26 Nov to rectify the defect. The appliance did not show any defect during inspection, but now the same problem is recurring. I have the video coverage of the defect so be careful while choosing this product.

Worst customer service ever!!! My RO is not working for more than 10 days now. I have registered multiple service requests on their app, customer care...nobody is bothered. Assigned technicians don't take the calls. I have a Gold AMC, but still no respite. Stuck with Euteka forbes, i will never recommend this brand to anyone!!!
