As soon as I get to the HOS with the journal it will not let me progress. It kicks me out of the game. I have never had problems with any other games from this developer. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and waited months for updates. It really is a shame because I really enjoyed this series and have played the rest of them in the series

Unfortunately I have to uninstall and request a refund. I love the game and I want to play it but when I play the first HOP where you have to scroll to match the halves of images the game crashes about 20 seconds in to the mini-game, which I can't skip. If the issue is fixed I will happily buy the game and finish it.

App froze halfway through main game. Had to use hint, still could get past that point. Saw similar issues from 2022. First half was good.

Fun game as all Elephant Games are. Unfortunately I couldn't finish the game due to being stuck on the clock in the dam control room. It keeps wanting me to put both clock hands on the clock but I only have the large one. There is no way to get the small one. I'm assuming this is a glitch that needs to be addressed.

When trying to find objects in the book it keeps crashing and losing progress. I've never had problems like this with any of your other games. I hope it get fixed soon because I love these!! Thank you!

This game was going so well and then it stared crashing during the second large encounter with the spirits. This was the matching game that included sliders on the top and side. I did this game twice just in case it was my phone, but it then crashed a third time.

There is a game breaking bug in the first chapter that still hasn't been fixed, in the HOP where they tell you the backstory of the vineyard. I reported it several months ago and never received a reply. This is one of my favourite series, so I am very disappointed. As of January 22d, I have not received any answer to my the report i submitted months ago and the problem still isn't fixed.

Was fun untill I got stuck at the journal behind the painting. They fixed that one and I was able to play about 20 mins on where I have been stuck for two weeks. I wrote the developer and they have not contacted me back about a refund. Sucks to pay for a game you can't play. *Edit 7-10-22 still haven't received a refund and still haven't been able to play the game. Smh
