EMBER Smart Heating Control è stato aggiornato per controllare una nuova gamma di prodotti EPH Controls con il logo EMBER, tra cui lo smart Radiator System RS e lo smart Underfloor System US.

Con una navigazione migliorata e intuitiva avrai un accesso più semplice al sistema di riscaldamento della tua casa e un migliore controllo di più zone e più case dal palmo della tua mano.

EMBER Smart Heating può controllare 4 tipologie di impianti di riscaldamento:

EMBER PS – Sistema di programmazione.
Versione 1: questo sistema è composto dai nostri programmatori Serie R abilitati wireless e termostati che utilizzano il gateway GW01
Versione 2: questo sistema è composto dai nostri programmatori e termostati R-Series versione 2 abilitati wireless che utilizzano il gateway GW04.
EMBER RS – Sistema di radiatori.
Questo sistema è composto dal nostro nuovo controller RF16, eTRV ed eTRV-HW che utilizzano il gateway GW04.
EMBER TS – Sistema Termostato.
Versione 1: questo sistema è composto dai nostri termostati CP4-OT e CP4-HW-OT predisposti per WiFi che utilizzano il gateway GW03.
Versione 2: questo sistema è composto dai nostri termostati CP4v2, CP4D e CP4-HW predisposti per WiFi versione 2 che utilizzano il gateway GW04
EMBER US –Sistema sottopavimento.
Questo sistema è composto dal nostro nuovo controller per riscaldamento a pavimento UFH10-RF e da termostati che utilizzano il gateway GW04.
Nuove caratteristiche
Raggruppamento
Ora è possibile raggruppare le zone per consentire il controllo di più aree contemporaneamente, l'utente può impostare fino a 10 gruppi e aggiungere le proprie zone a questi gruppi per un controllo più semplice dell'intera casa.
Battuta d'arresto (solo PS e USA)
È possibile impostare una zona di riscaldamento affinché funzioni in modalità di riduzione. Ciò consentirà all'utente di impostare un valore compreso tra 1 e 10°C. Quando il sistema è spento, abbasserà la temperatura di questo valore e si attiverà se scende al di sotto del livello inferiore.
Potenziamento rapido
Ora è possibile impostare la temperatura Quick Boost per le zone di riscaldamento con un intervallo ampliato.
Monitoraggio ecologico
Il monitor Eco è ora disponibile sul TS e su tutti i prodotti versione 2 della gamma EMBER. Può essere attivato nella sezione Home Info del menu. Mostrerà i registri della temperatura per ciascuna zona e l'utilizzo complessivo del sistema in ore.

Funzione avanzata (solo PS e USA)
La funzione avanzata ora può essere attivata dalla schermata Controllo zona.

Processo di installazione migliorato
Per maggiore sicurezza e comodità, questa versione consente all'installatore di configurare l'abitazione del cliente con le proprie credenziali. Quando il proprietario della casa accede, l'installatore verrà rimosso dalla casa e al proprietario della casa verrà assegnato lo stato di Super Admin.

Gestione utenti aggiornata
La funzione di gestione degli utenti è stata migliorata con un ulteriore livello di sicurezza e informazioni utente più dettagliate.

The last update appears to have turned off the "Eco" monitor in the Home Info area (usage and temp graphs). When turned back on, all prior info was missing. Also, like others I've found that a lot of times the system is unresponsive - e.g. "Apply Boost" often does nothing but time out. To get it to work I have to "force quit" and relaunch the app. The app also still doesnt record everything in the Activity log. E.g it will record Boost OFF, but not ON (!?)..

Been great for 2 years. Recently boost function is erratic. Some I set it but wont record. Sometimes says it is saved but nothing happens boiler dosnt start even waiting.Sometimes have to change timer In beginning Patrick at EPH got back to me right away with solution in place which has with some initial difficulty sorted a problem A vital piece of info It says gateway code shown on the side. Could not find it and used another number on box. Wouldn't work. The Gateway number is on the BACK.

It took our installer ages on the phone to get the gateway to connect to WiFi as the app instructions just don't work, it won't connect. A year later and needing to connect to a new WiFi router we had to go through the same again and it still doesn't work. It's just not good enough! Makes me regret buying this controller

So frustrating. Easily the worst app and system I have ever used. Installed a new boiler last year and splashed out on the ember system to control it. Installer wired it all up but left the config to me. Worked okay for a few months but lately it fails with a socket error more often than not. No other info and no help on how to fix it. It also works only on 2.4ghz wifi so I've had to change my router settings just for this one app that doesn't work most of the time. Save your money. Avoid!

Takes forever to turn off and on the heating, and it is impossible to find any real information for this problem. I have the GW03 away from all electrical appliances. I have tried resetting all the equipment and the app, but it is still painfully slow. I've just reverted back to using the thermostat however, I will continue to check the app for improvements/updates.

Rarely works, has not connected to zones for more than 5 mins after following troubleshooting steps. Takes about 4-5 resets of modem to get it going. Worked perfect for first 3 months then nothing but issues. Also auto schedule seems to reset to defaults even though I set them when I eventually do get connected to zones.

Spoke with two technicians today and both were very helpful in guiding me through the steps. Could not have been more helpful. The controls and the app are bith very user friendly.
