I have two kids in nursery. Since the update I get 32 notifications per day via app and email when previously it was four. 32!! Feedback via the nursery from the developers is that I have to turn app notifications off. They're either on or off. I can't even the email notifications off to half the alerts. This isn't acceptable as all nursery communication is via the app. I wish our nursery went back to their previous app which was far superior. When will a fix be released?

As a fully sighted parent, I do like the look of the new app. However, my partner, who is severely sight impaired, now finds it impossible to navigate. There are no accessible options or features. Unlike most apps, there is no dark mode option. There is no way to zoom in on text or to change the contrast. Feels like a backwards step towards diversity and inclusively. Honestly, very disappointing for an app designed to oversee the development of the next generation.

The calendar feature in the previous UI was great, but it's missing in the new version. Additionally, there are too many notifications, and there's no way to filter or minimize them. There's also no way to view previous observations. That feature in the previous version was really helpful in tracking the child's progress and seeing how they developed at different ages. The previous version was simple and user-friendly and had more features

App has improved greatly since the update. Good work for the most part but this morning issue with messages. If I tap on a message on the main messages screen I get another single preview but I can't tap into it to see my full message. Same for inbox & sent. Critical feature down, hopefully it's temporary. I've added another star but not there yet.

The old UI was dated but it was still usable, the new UI looks modern but totally unsuable. App is constantly loading, not sure why. I couldn't download invoice, last invoice message was missing, etc... The app doesn't remember my payment method. I have to type in credit card number, name and full address everytime I pay. The form doesn't even allow auto complete! Such inconvinient!

New update - not a fan. Constantly getting emails everytime I get a notification, but no settings page in the app to be able to disable those. Had to unsubscribe from emails entirely, which isn't ideal. Find the new layout to be limited in terms of what I can view, but that could just be that there hasn't been many posts since the update, and maybe it doesn't show posts from prior to the change? Eitherway, the emails annoyed me.

UPDATE I did check for updated app before posting the below comment but was not available at the time. Just updated it now and it all appears to be working. So thank you for the reply and updated my review. If I do encounter verification issues I will contact the support. Many thanks. PREVIOUS PROBLEM After recent update, it keeps logging out and not logging back in, so now it's useless going round in circles with verification codes every two minutes and still not able to log in and use it.

messages aren't opening after I have updated to the latest version the previous version never had any issues ...am so lost at this as every message pops up I need to ask other parents as I have already tried so many things restartingthe phone and restarting the app... please do fix this asap as this gets soo difficult because important messages are sent from the school...thanks a lot for issuing a fix i think its fixed in iPhone thanks a lot for that but in my android same issue is there..
