Unnessessary. They could've make all functions avaiable on the website but you have to download their app to FILE A COMPLAINT?? Ridicuious. Avoid this parcel service at all cost, I'm sure the only reason they're still in operation is because they have a lot of deals with a bunch of companies.

The info in the app is fake, shows that I rescheduled delivery when I never did. The mobile number of the courier is not valid. The customer service keeps lying about the package status.

Terrible service, flash express routinely misplaces packages (interestingly only when they are valuable) refuses to give straight answers when asked, does not update shipping information and denies any responsibility for lost items. ANY other means of transport is better, hire a homeless person to deliver and you will have more success. Borderline fraudulent! Avoid at all costs.

To scan tracking barcode, requiring access to camera is reasonable, requiring access to photo and album is still understandable, but requiring access to microphone and recording is too far fetch. Not allow access to microphone and the app won't scan the tracking barcode, this is ridiculous.

Worst service ever.... you sent an sms telling me that it is about to deliver today, but not a single call received and not delivered. you returned the package way way back to the sorting station far away to my place.

Live chat features are unusable. My parcel is "being delivered to me" for 2 days and no one knows where it is. Customer support is useless. Also once, I scheduled for a parcel pickup and no one came at the scheduled time. And the driver's phone number displayed on the app are not even of the driver but a random person. Seriously use ANY other delivery service. Flash Express sucks, plain and simple.
