The "app isn't installed" error message problem seems to be fixed in v1.67.3, and the app launches properly again. I had to scramble to find an iPhone while the app wasn't working. I've turned off automatic updates, and I hope you will properly test new versions before releasing them. Not sure why your release notes say "nothing new in this version."

App sign up steps are not clear and is very frustrating. You cannot add a driver that is not the account owner even with valid drivers license, but the app does not tell you this until you are almost through making a reservation (payment step). App also froze several times during drivers license verification. I wanted this service to work well but found it so frustrating I'll just call Uhaul or Home Depot instead.

I love the fluid app! We use it for renting lawn equipment, trucks, random appliances, you name it! I've always dealt with very professional people renting out their stuff, and have had quick responses and great customer service. I love this as an alternative to using home depot rental services or truck rentals because it is way more flexible, has more options, and you have a person to call right away if you have any questions or issues.

Worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle. Rented a truck for 37 days within those days my truck was shut off numerous times and had to call to get it put back into gear. The company has not tried to fix or work with us even after we paid nearly $4500 in one month.

Avoid this app! Renting is easy enough, but the charges are deceptive. When I originally leased the vehicle, the quote was $166. This is a high rate, but okay since I needed the cargo van fast. On my final bill they charged me an extra $111 for something called an "extension" which none of their customer service reps can explain to me what the charge is for. In the end, I had the cargo van 10hrs, and was charged $260. Ridiculous! Save yourself money and rent from Hertz.

So, here I am calling uhaul, budget and penske, and they're all booked out of vans and trailers. I had no means of picking up my couch and out of the blue I saw this (Fluid Truck), at the bottom of my search. I was initially hesitant, but to my surprise, it was one of the most efficient and convenient rental services I had ever used. I recommended 100%! You wouldn't regret it! Easy app usage! Bravo, Fluid Truck!

Glitchy app. First time I used it, was told my license was accepted, then it wasn't - had to upload my all documents again. Truck was good, app was clunky. Second time, the truck I rented would not start. I called the number in the listing twice, no answer and no callback. I've emailed Fluid help twice and haven't heard anything. Had to rent a truck from Home Depot and initiate a chargeback. If something goes wrong, don't expect any help or even acknowledgment.

When this app first came out. I used it all the time. It was very easy to use, and very affordable. But, since I bought a car I haven't needed it in a couple years. Now that I need to rent a truck to move. it's not letting me update my license information,and keeps crashing. I've contacted customer service, but really don't have 5 business days to wait for a response. Looks like I'm going with U Haul for my move, and paying 4 times more.
