HORRIBLE! We had to wait for hours to leave it because the lock didn't work. The people at the rent place couldn't help us because they didn't know what to do. We are withing Bluetooth range, have Internet ad well. Absolutely horrible! Would never use again!

The app works well, but the bikes were in bad shape. Every single bike had flat or shredded tires, and the tires weren't set in the rims correctly so they tended to burst when pumped. Also the app didn't let you report a bike for repair unless you had already rented it.

Really easy to use app, with excellent client service. There is a large number of available bikes, all very comfortable and in plenty of locations. Looking forward to get a pick up point in Eindhoven soon.

I'm happy I can use their bikes since there's no alternative. But almost all bikes are broken. Bikes can't be found with their apps. And today after renting a bike I couldn't lock it anymore. The only way to contact them is via mail. Do they expect that I stay with the bike until they reply so the bike does not get stolen?

App looks good and thr bikes also do not look that bad. However, I couldn't even verify my profile, since I didn't get a verification email. Then I tried resetting my password, but did not receive an email again.

There are no drop off stations in the city. You can only ride them in a very small area. They have no gears. It's a cruiser type bike. Uncomfortable seat for men.
