COME PROVARE CON ARRO:
Nella parte inferiore della schermata principale, tocca la casella "HO BISOGNO DI AVERE UN TAXI". Inizia a inserire la destinazione nella casella "Dove stai andando?" e confermare dall'elenco delle destinazioni fornite. Riceverai una stima della tariffa, l'anteprima del percorso e l'ETA del conducente disponibile più vicino. Quando sei pronto per salutare, tocca "RICHIEDI GUIDA" nella parte inferiore dello schermo per abbinare un driver. Al termine della corsa, la tariffa viene pagata automaticamente con la carta in archivio o con un altro metodo di pagamento a tua scelta.

USA: se sei già in un taxi che non hai ricevuto dalla nostra app, puoi comunque utilizzare ARRO per un pagamento più veloce! Dalla schermata principale, tocca "SONO GIÀ IN UN TAXI", quindi inserisci il codice di check-in a 7 cifre visualizzato nella parte superiore della schermata del taxi per associare il tassametro al tuo account ARRO. Alla fine del viaggio, la tua tariffa verrà pagata automaticamente e la ricevuta ti sarà inviata via email!
LONDRA: Puoi usare ARRO per pagare tutti i taxi neri a Londra. Dalla schermata principale, tocca "SONO GIÀ IN UN TAXI". Quindi, richiedi il codice di check-in al tuo autista e inserisci il codice di 7 cifre per associare il tassametro al tuo account ARRO. Alla fine del viaggio, la tua tariffa verrà pagata automaticamente e la ricevuta ti sarà inviata via email!

This app sucks. The setup takes too long, you can't bypass all the location settings when you're already in a taxi, and if you don't share location, the app will glitch and absolutely not function. Best alternative is to skip it and take a taxi with the curb app.

When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, it is just a waste of time. Sadly this app is not reliable. Only works about half the time over past 5+ years. Most recently, upon landing at O'Hare, the app forgot my credit card, and after entering it again, the app crashes when I click 'im in taxi'. Rebooted phone , reinstalled app 2x. Still just crashes when I try to check in and pay. It's not that hard guys. Make an app that works, if you want to actually compete with ride share.

The arro app keeps on crashing when I enter the already in a taxi option. This makes it unusable. I have installed and uninstalled the apps number of times. The issue persists. I am on an android phone running Android 14. Additionally, the contact form on the website also does not work.

IT WORKS AGAIN! In my opinion, this is the best taxi app because it's free and it works. However, I was not able to use the app for over a year because I got a "sorry, there was a problem" error message every time I opened it. Rather than telling me to re-enter my credit card info, the app just kept giving this default error message. Tech support couldn't figure it out either. I would have used Arro dozens more times if it had worked. A lot of reviews are negative because of this exact problem. Seems like it would be an easy fix.

1st time downloading it AND while I was in the cab! I hailed the cab on the street, downloaded it in the car and set it up. It worked perfectly!! I was running late for the airport and every minute counted. I was able to check in and pay before I even got out. Everything was a breeze!! I hate to use Lyft or Uber in New York City because that's a taxi town! Arro makes cabs competitive with those platforms. Thank you ARRO!!!!!

The GO-TO app to get in and out of your cab. I have used the mostly to pay for a ride once I am in a cab, but also to hail a cab especially when going to the airport early morning. Works great. Setup is like everything else these days. From there on it is seamless. The aspect I find most attractive for both rider and driver is once in the cab, you can pair with the cab and select the tip amount thereby circumventing the timely payment process at the end. You can jump and and go.

I had the app for a couple years. I haven't used it in a while because I wasn't taking many taxis. I tried to sign in, forgot password so I used the option to change it. I received the confirmation number and entered it, the app gives me an error but goes to the next page to update password. I enter the new password but it freezes, every time I do this. I never was able to sign in again so I removed the app and will use Curb app when I can now. App needs an upgrade. It just doesn't work.

Installing all the ride apps for Chicago in advance of trip. Uber, Lyft, Via, Curb and Arro. Arro was the only one that totally failed with the setup process. Wouldn't take the CC I had used in all the other apps. Manually or scanned. Get it together.
