It feels like this game didn't go through any QA process before release. The dialogue in the game is not finished but continues to the next scene or dialogue suddenly, making voice actors and dialogue useless. Its not fun at all. The auto system is a bit annoying, Its too "automatic" so that players cannot "enter" to the game world. It feels the previous series is better than this.

Such a waste of time and money on this game.. I played and spend a lot of money but too many bugs. Also poor on costumer service. Bug on golden contract gears take away all synthesis I spend back to zero. Still not resolve the issue. Tech support are poor in understanding , always repeat asking the issue. Just do gold contract synthesis with + and you can see the issue. All synthesis items are gone after synthesis. My gawd

I just downloaded the game and 2 minutes into the gameplay, the game started playing on its own and I was just basically watching my screen. This isn't the same Dungeon Hunter I've used to play in the past. What a total disappointment and such a waste of time. I uninstalled immediately.

I think you should focus more on optimizing frequent network delays. It just kills the fun and experience of the game, imagine raiding a boss or battling in arena just to lose or die because of network delays. It's so annoying. Not only I experience this but also some people on the same server as me (S1). Please I beg you, I've topped up more than enough just to enjoy this game and the only thing is stopping me from enjoying it is the frequent network delays.

Descriptions on some packages are misleading! I feel scammed when I purchased monthly pass, The highlighted text said that "Instantly get 1600 green gems if you purchase" I did not doubt it since I thought it some kind of beginner promo. And the game screen was too crowded, it's very unnessesary to broadcast all of our achievement on every chat, it was too hard for us to have a conversation. The game balancing was horrible too.

Got stuck on the climbing part. Why add such meaningless mechanics? It adds nothing to the game other than an extra button to click. You wanna know how i got past that 1st climbing part? I quit and logged back in and it teleportex me to the top Also why does this look just another typical rpg where your sense of progress comes from clicking the "task thing" on the left

Terrible customer service. It takes over two weeks just to resolve a simple ticket. Even though I top up regularly, you practically have to do it daily just to keep up. They say it’s free to play, but it’s really pay-to-win, and you're taking a risk if you decide to spend money. The game is full of bugs and loopholes, and I wouldn't be surprised if all the glowing reviews are just from fake accounts they’ve created themselves. Disappointing and frustrating experience.

The game is expectedly good and I've played the series since the first one. My only issue here is that at least give me a rebate or something that will compensate me -- since I did top up during CBT. Less stars for now.
