Switched from MINDBODY. Really, really appreciate Token Card feature, and option to input pre-used punches, adjust expiration dates. Transfer was manual, but it has all I need, including waiver form, reminders, link to survey, etc... So many options and customization, so it does take time to get it fully setup. But if you used MINDBODY before, I would say this is a super affordable (free option, too!) and good one to switch to. (To fully setup, I used web, not app.)

Glitchy calendar and booking system. Nothing about the software really works to it's potential and the customer service experience is consistently unhelpful. Not something that's worth paying for as a psychotherapy practice.

Generally works quite well but since the last update none of my Friday appointments show up on the app however on the computer version no problem. I thought maybe it was a one time thing but it keeps happening and only for Fridays! What gives!?

I use this app for work and while it wasn't perfect, it was ok for me. I don't know what happened in the last update though, because now I cannot go from one account to another and it's a major inconvenient. Could you fix it soon please?

Although i had high expectations, i was disappointed that i couldn't delete clients and their personal information. That is a conspicuous action. They want to keep all data ???

An unfinished application with potential. Great, we finally have an app. I'm a heavy user of GRV. Unfortunately, it's often faster to book clients through the browser app (bookmarked on my phone's home screen). It often happens that the text lags as I try to right down clients' names and I end up opening the bookmarked GRV instead. Pros/cons -Good to have a repeatable appointment -2/3 of the text is hidden in menus (just annoying, still works very well -Smart layout and it just feels natural to input data in the fields as you're booking the appointment (name, time/date, service, etc.) -Very quick when it doesn't lag -When booking/creating new clients, can't edit communications to French/English. Need to open desktop app to edit user's file -Schedule loads WAY faster than on browser version and you can skip multiple days at once without running into a bug that resets you to TODAY in the agenda. In sum, it's okay. I use it 50% of the time on my phone. If it lags, I immediately switch to browser version and it ends up saving me time. I'm looking forward to future updates. I would like include a screenshot of the missing letter and words so you can understand by "2/3 of the text is hidden in menus", but I can't here. Edit 07-2018: even with auto-rotation turned off (phone setting), the app switches to horizontal display if you tilt the phone. It's bothersome because this view most often doesn't display appointments or causes the app to freeze. Consider adding an option to disable automatic horizontal view. Edit 09/2018: still the same bugs since Android's last update and current GRV version. Edit for1.4.0 update: much faster on many aspects, but still the same automatic horizontal flip regardless of if your setting is on or off on your phone. Once the app flips to horizontal mode, it crashes.
