App Full of bugs.. you go to press on, insurance questions, it takes you to another screen with links to your insurance info , then when you press on those links it says . "Oops something went wrong" and then you can't access your info you need.. stuff like this happens all the time with this app.. Dead links.. always technical problems with this app .. very unreliable .

If I could give a 0, I would. The app sucks, the company is awful and they have continued to be unable to provide us service for weeks. Multiple doctors have canceled appts the morning of (with no penalty/explanation), we have constant technical issues with app, which has caused us to miss appts, and there's no way to contact your doctor on the app, phone or email to work through these issues. Then, when you call them, they have no answers, can't help anything. Worst. Company. App. EVER

Finding care through the app is incredibly buggy and frustrating to use. You will spend 30 minutes filling out forms only for it to say that something went wrong. I've talked with support multiple times and they cannot help. The app itself has plenty of other poor design decisions and bugs. Even though it looks nice, it actually is very frustrating to use.

It was a great app for me. Very helpful. Not the app's fault but since my company changed their contract, this app does absolutely nothing but provide a second opinion for me. I'm not able to view my insurance card, find docs or anything. And that's what i actually needed it for. It was great while it worked but, again, my company's contact with them changed so they no longer suit my needs.

The app just doesn't work... None of features work as designed.. 1. Unable to see all my dependents in the me section till I contacted someone on chat. 2. Unable to book an appointment (first available doctor) keeps giving an error "something went wrong" 3. Continuously shows the updated terms and condition page even after I have selected I agree multiple times.. Don't feel like trying more features.. certainly would not rely on this app for my families care.

Ultimately, I was able to meet with a nurse and she did a great job listening to all the information I gave her and coming up with a care plan. She communicated very clearly. I was very pleased with this. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in the app. - inaccurate estimated wait times - inconsistent estimated wait times (SMS versus app data) - impossible to log into schedule appointment on phone app. must use website. This was not made clear

The app used to work great. Now, since the update, it doesn't work at all. On my home page, the "Active Care" section has the loading symbol spining & doesn't actually load. When I tap on the "messages" icon, the same thing happens. The loading symbol just spins non-stop. I went to "contact us" & got a message through that way. I was told to uninstall the app & reinstall it to see if that works. Nothing is working. I need to get to my messages. The information in those messages are important.

When going to the messages, documents, or lab test sections on the app, they don't always load. They are there on the website, but often not on the app. Just give us the option to manually refresh. The last straw for me to write this review is when the appointment I waited 2 weeks for did not connect and I was not given the option to retry so I missed it completely. The next appt is another week out. Just fallback to voice if the connection is unstable or just let us try to reconnect!
