I've been using the app for the last 3 years with very little issue. But the last few months if I get a message the app crashes when I go to view it. Uninstalling and reinstalling has worked in getting it to work again but tonight I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it's still not working!! This isn't very good as it's the only way the school communicates with parents. Please get this fixed immediately!

Overall, pleased with the app and it works great for sending and receiving messages from school. Latest update made the app crash, and for me seemed to be around the pass code log in. I deleted all data from the app and re logged in and it was fine again. Thanks Devs for the follow up, log in on the Web also works as a temp solution

Good when it works. App crashes a lot, won't let me send messages and keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I am.

Its a great tool but does not store messages if you move between apps. Its so bloody annoying

Same as other people have put get notified go on the app n it crashes. I have had an notification about my child and I can not read it can you please fix this as I use this to book parents evening n to inform school why my child is off since the school has chosen to use this app for all communication.

The app is not working at all. It's a white screen nothing else. I have tried to uninstall and install it again, but still the same problem.

Essential but useless. My wife and I both have it installed. We get notified of a new Xpression from school, open the app, get a white screen and app closes itself. Repeat. Need to reinstall each time to be able to see the messages. For a vital 'child centred' tool this is not fit for purpose. The supposed bug fixes this summer have missed some major bugs.

Every time a new message is notified to me, the app crashes when I try to view it. I can't get back into the app so I need to uninstall and reinstall it to be able to see messages again. This makes it frustrating and annoying to use. Update: This issue is still ongoing. I receive notifications of new posts but when I click to see the post it crashes and I need to reinstall. Please fix it!
