Configurazione
• Impostazioni di ingresso e sorgente: personalizza gli ingressi e seleziona i server multimediali sulla tua rete
• Impostazioni zona: gestisci le zone per connetterti con i dispositivi Prisma in tutta la casa
• Impostazioni di ingresso: creazione di alias di ingresso, attivazione o disattivazione degli ingressi, selezione ingresso con rilevamento automatico, uscita a volume fisso o variabile e regolazione del guadagno di ingresso individuale
• Impostazioni audio: bilanciamento, volume predefinito, volume massimo, livello muto e uscita digitale
• Impostazioni del display: livello di illuminazione, stato degli ingressi e controllo del pannello frontale
• Impostazioni di standby: standby automatico e riattivazione tramite segnale di ingresso
• Impostazioni di streaming: visualizzazione dei metadati, Bluetooth e caratteristiche di rete

Controllo

I have got the i35 Prisma and I do like the quality and sound of this product. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the Prisma app which is a shame because it has potential. It is a very expensive product and I'm very disappointed. It's very slow and lagging, The interface doesn't look modern and has glitches. Seriously, considering how much it costs. Is it that difficult to look at Wiim to get some ideas? Give me the same level of functionality, please.

App stuck in landscape mode. I have a samsung S9 and this app works fine with my Primare device. But the app is stuck in landscape mode! It opens orientated correctly then after 3 seconds turns to landscape making it very hard to use. My phone is set to not auto rotate and I downloaded the app on another android phone for it to do the same. Please get a developer to quick fix this.

It is great to find that Primare have taken the trouble to address the many issues with the original and produced a stable and rather elegant app. I believe they undertook a complete rebuild of the app. The app makes the connection to my NP5 every time and remains connected without issue. For the next revision it would be great to have an option for portrait orientation rather than the forced landscape on my smaller Nexus 7 and TAB A tablets. Also the app is a bit cluttered with default 'cast services' icons in the Source menu that I would like to be able to remove (or even add to). For a small specialist audio company to pay such attention to improving their app offering is to be commended. This makes for a great user experience. And today (17 Jan) a seamless update makes the NP5 fully Roon ready.

I don't understand. I just got the NP5 today. Set it up. Music sounds great. All my music was there. Now a few hours later, maybe it's had an update or something but it only goes up to the letter M in my music collection. I wanted to play an album starting with T. No luck and the artist starts with S so can't do that either even though when I got the unit earlier it was able to. It worked so well before. Now I can barely play one song and it crashes. I don't think I'm gonna keep this device now

Latest android update stops connection with my NP5. Can no longer connect to the device through the app, nor can I connect via Roon ready (activated as a beta user/developer), although it connects by Chromecast and airplay. However it all seems to work fine via the iPhone app, including Roon Ready... Please fix the android app. *Seems to be fixed again

Just to bring some defence for this app, it works perfectly fine for me on my Huawei P20 Pro with the latest available Android build. Very quick and responsive and the correct portrait orientation. It initially had some conflict with Google Home but then I wired it up and all discovery went through fine.

Really unreliable. Won't connect to my SC15 more often than not. Then it it does connect very often loses connection again. Tried to get in touch with Primare but no reply so far. Shame as when it works is great it's just not very often.

Great app to control your NP5 settings. I use it mainly for its Spotify connect and Chromecast function and it works without issues. Note: can't set my output from variable to fixed. Using the toslink connection at the moment.
