To book tests on healthians we have to call the agent. I recently booked for my father , the executive confirmed the name and amount but during sample collection the name was mine and also the amount was increased. When contacted customer service they said that my booking was cancelled and rebooked of which I was unaware of and also not showing in my application. And this is not the first time it has happened. The run a scam behind this. Will be definitely filing a consumer complaint.

Spaming alot, if try and look for any test option. If you decide to not buy it. They will keep on calling. They do not stop. Just sending msg, whatsapp, call without asking for it.. Its called spaming hence rating this app 1 star. Also price on the platform is different but when get call they are ready to give heavy discounts. they priced it high to give a discount. its too much for me.

The app and its features concerning lab tests are good easy to use and understand. The reports of tests done from the Healthians are also good and the information/ data shared can be easily understood by the patient as a layman. The comparison done with the previous reports is also very helpful.

It is a worst nightmare in privacy. The app can, at any time, take control away from user and forces it to make a call, suspending the cart selected. Uninstalling it at once.

Patheic experince. Their app let you choose the location of sample collection right from Google map. And even after entering the exact pin code, the app takes and confirms the order. Then after keeping preparation like 12 hour fasting etc etc. Their service guys calls and give lame excuses like it's not in serviceable area. Worst service. Don't rely on them. Your time and effort both will be wasted.

Today I am uninstalling this app after using this for many years. I told them n number of time to not to call me if I am using your app I'll make my decision. I don't need thousands of calls, the moment I start search anything on your app. I requested you multiple times to not to do this but you don't bother. Keep on doing this irritating sales tactics and keep on loosing regular customers like me.

Worst service....they collected the blood sample twice for the test and requested for 1 more time for collection of blood sample to finish the test. I rejected the request and applied for refund. This clearly show the inexperience they have in this field. They do not know the amount of sample blood to be collected to complete the test....also the field persons are not active....
