This app is horrendous. It will deny every booking attempt at the location that I have been going to for 5+ years now no matter what time I choose or stylist. Then a half an hour to an hour later, I have 7 bookings confirmed and have to cancel all but one. Fix your app. It should not be this difficult to get a haircut. I've got an appointment finally after this ordeal, but this is the last time. I'm done. I rarely leave reviews, but this is ridiculous.

Great service and stylists team. However, this application is very slow. It has a big flaw that affect other stylists, is that once you book one stylist, the application only shows that name next time, does not allow you to change to another stylist, if the last is not available, it only shows the name of the last one you use, forcing the customer to make a call to schedule an appt. please fix it.

If I decline certain permissions, it should stop asking me every time I switch pages in the app. Otherwise seems functional. Having a pop up every single time you change screens is terrible. No means no. I saved a salon; you don't need access to my location. I don't want to attach my calendar. Interface is clean. Booking seemed to work. Would rate higher if options in settings allowed the app to stop asking for permissions or if declining permissions were saved.

App is excruciatingly slow. From resetting password, logging in, to trying to create an appointment. It took me 20 minutes, on both a strong WiFi signal and my cellular network, to get my password reset and finally logged in. Once logged in, it was painfully slow just to display a list of family members and select a service. It stuck on searching for stylist before I gave up. I finally just drove to the location and walked in. The app should make it easier, not make people frustrated

Just Clunky stop seems really poorly designed with a whole list of things and services it's incredibly confusing and then he also have to book based on the person to see if they're even there. I like Great clips you click the button and you get to go. It feels like a bunch of very unnecessary steps for getting a haircut. Good service at the store but bad app it's really clunky.

App should allow scheduling by time and location alone without having to go through each cutter to see if they're available. Very annoying. I'm forced to call the shop for an appointment, which defeats the purpose of needing the app. Please change the app to allow installation on an SD card, as it takes up too much space on the device's internal space. I'm removing all unnecessary apps that can only be installed on internal storage.

This upgrade is awful! Not only can I still not just look at a calendar and choose a time slot, but if I choose a stylist to see if she is free, then see no mutually available times and X out, I have to go all the way back to the beginning and redo the settings/preferences to get to the long list of stylists again. Repeat ad nauseam until a stylist is free when I am. I gave up and went to Super Clips. Just let us see a calendar and choose a stylist based on our availability, not theirs!

I already have an online account but thought I'd put the app on my phone for the times when I remember I need to make that haircut appointment. However, the app keeps telling me "new passwords must be 6-10 characters in length" when I try to log in with my email and current password. Since I don't feel like changing my password, your app is not just useless, it's now time I'll never get back. You're lucky I really like my stylist because debacles such as this result in me finding a new salon.
