This app is terrible. The website is just as bad. The only problem I ever have, and it s a big one, is logging on! - it just won't. 9/10 days I attempt to get in, error messages, or says I'm already logged in but won't let me leave the notification page and get into my account. Only option is to go "back" to login page and be told I'm logged in over and over. Phone, laptop, uninstall, reinstall- over a year this keeps happening.

2 factor authentication doesn't work. There is no way to contact the developer to fix the problem. Absolutely horrible. I'll be complaining to the school to stop using this app if the developer pushes 2 factor authentication but doesn't make it work properly...or at all. I'm thinking during this company is probably the best move. Organizing the parents and school trusties to drop this app and go a different direction seems like a worthwhile project for next months Board of Trusties Mtg.

Convenience fee is a POOR TAX!! Do the math... I had this set up to automatically take out $20 at a time. Kids have lunch every day. At about $3 per meal it's about $75 per month. That's 4 payments of $20 and 4 convenience fees per month. At $2.75 each it's $11 per month in fees alone. If you pay the $75 upfront it's only 1 convenience fee. Keep in mind that that's per kid! FAMILIES THAT CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY THE MONTH IN FULL ARE PAYING MORE! It's a poor tax. Shameful. Predatory.

Eta 2024: I despise this app (& website). Required items to purchase are not on app, & webiste always kicks me off after login saying "page expired." Auto payments stopped working after a period of time. Nothing I tried fixed it, so I stopped it. It's the worst. Wish out district didn't use this company.

This app is literally NOT USEABLE. I open it, log in, then it crashes. I've updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled, but still crashes 100% of the time. Not sure how it's even in the Play Store.

So they convinced Forsyth County to move to this garbage form what was working fine! But why not mess with a simple well working system? Not a single reason, from user point, you can mention that makes this move reasonable. How about alert option for low balance etc. or not deleting my kids account and then dealing with a non working app and webpage that says "page expire" as soon as you login

Listen to all of the recent 1 star reviews. Hot trash. Buggy from the second I downloaded it, culminating in the complete inability to enter a dollar amount to add to the account. Which is, like, the point of this app? The reason I downloaded in the first place is because my girlfriend was having the exact same issue in her iPhone 14. This is an app problem. I wouldn't know about transaction fees since we can't add money in the first place, but sounds like we're not missing out on much.

Added money 2 days ago, still not showing current balance, it takes my funds immediately on my end but the app doesn't show anything! I've already tried everything they said to check why it isn't working.
