The camera and monitor work fine. Trying to view the camera through the app is at best hit and miss. About 30% of the time it has a connection error. 30% of the time it says offline when it's online. 30% of the time it just says cannot connect. In very rare circumstances I will actually be able to use the app as a monitor. I regret purchasing this camera, and recommend to everyone I know not to buy it. it's useless.

Such a terrible app that has so much potential. Every night there is a connection issue between the Oricom wearable and the app. It takes forever to load any existing data and rarely actually shows the data. Just so slow as well! Please look into the reviews here, there is clearly a pattern of concern. Otherwise people will move over to other devices purely because the app is so bad.

The app just doesn't really work. The notifications are super sensitive, but now changing the settings for them down to low sensitivity won't stay changed. It makes you wonder if the developers even tested it! The live stream works well enough though it's quite lagged (10+ seconds) and jumpy - good enough for super basic monitoring.

Good - UX - App is mostly intuitive and easy to use. Reliability - The camera connection is usually reliable and fast. Notifications - Accurate when detecting sound or motion. Delivery though, can be sporadic with periods of silence followed by bulk notifications. Bad - Setup - We tried the QR code / wifi method around 10 times, but the setup just kept getting to a point where it would hang indefinitely. In the end we had to opt for manual BT setup which worked after the 3rd attempt.

Pay a premium for features to work that simply do not, get notifications to say sound or movement detected only to be shown camera offline when you open the app or connecting to camera. Very very laggy app, don't bother using the tracker that is built in, it delete's random data and complete days of tracking... And no one from hubble club can tell us where it is. Product has potential to be great but for the price you pay there are much better alternatives. Try fixing the stability of the app.

The camera and sound quality are very good, however there is feedback on the white noise feature if your phone is too close to the camera. The playback feature is also weird. Can only view saved videos on the app, despite also automatically being saved to my phone. It comes up with a message saying 'unsupported file type'.

Wost app ever, camera never works. Spent about $600 on monitor, camera and a second camera. Monitor has barely any battery life and app rarely works to view and use instead. You also have to pay extra money every year to even use 2 cameras and for most of the features it was advertised with. Wish I'd read the reviews first and looked into other as it is meant to make things easier and was a waste of money.
