Sat. Morning tried to book a place for pilates on Tuesday. Showed 11 places available midday. When proceeded said there was a problem and to contact "your" centre. Tried again and Tuesday had disappeared but there was a pregnancy pilates class shown for Wednesday ???

Easy to use. Needs cancel booking feature to work better

App is reliable for bookings and useful news of pool closures etc. But it has a few quirky glitches that take a bit of getting used to. Eg there's no point selecting a swim time in the calendar as this only selects the day. Only after this has been done can you select a swim time. Also on 23 Dec timetable says the pool is open till noon but swim slots for that day "Not Available" - which I suspect is an error. But most of the time it works ok

This new app is great for booking the gym but there seems to be a strange loop when going into certain memberships. Why call them memberships and not options? Eg. Loyalty subscription option is looped when checking eligibility taking user back to the email and password screen. It would be helpful to have a price list available without having to go in and out of all the "membership" options in order to compare prices.

Difficult to navigate. Membership takes too long and is overly complicated.

Really easy to use, although you have to be quick or you can miss a slot! Be good if there was a waiting list facility. Also would be perfect if we could scam into gym/classes, rather than using your card or key fob. Ffit conwy is amazing, with great gym's, classes and lovely staff.

Easy to book and cancel, some more information on newer classes would be really helpful, i.e. when you press the more information icon on some things it takes you to the classes list with a longer explanation, but some things aren't on there such as Gravity classes even though they're already on the app to book
