New user (2580) and VERY frustrated. After removing the battery (so they wouldn't drain during travel since device is motion sensitive) I am now completely unable to pair my remote with the app. I am tech savvy and have tried everything I can think of: reinstall app, unpair all other saved Bluetooth, restart phone, move locations. NOTHING is helping. At least the device works without the app but I want my data to be visible to me and I don't want to have to bring the remote to appointments.

Latest update broke the app. (There's an ongoing theme here.) Now it tells me it doesn't see the remote, even though it is visible in the device section. The sync has stopped working. I already un-installed and reinstalled the app several times. I deleted and repaird the remote too. Shocker, it still doesn't work.

This is an eval of the app. Not the implant. Unreliable uploads. For several days it automatically uploads in the morning then it can't find the remote which is a foot away. The suggestion to press the stop button again on the remote is pathetic. Repeated attempts at pushing stop seem to clear the remote's memory and permanently remove that night's data. Tech support is a joke. Update: 8/6/2023. App is using 82 GB of my phone's storage memory. Uninstalled!

They rolled out an update a month or two ago and the sync feature barely works. I have to sync 5 or 6 times and it still might not work. It gives a message that it may be processing data but that could last for days before any info appears. Some days never update. This all worked fine before the most recent update. I highly recommend not getting a Bluetooth remote until they fix this issue.

My CPAP app showed much more. The Inspire is demand type device, sensing/ working when needed for most part. User should be able to see stats on my demand, not just number of pauses (I know that! I paused it!) and when I turned it on and off (Again, I did that!). In fact, my Fitbit watch gives me more sleep info than this device which IS a sleep device. IF this device sends more info to Doc, which I hope it does, we should be able to see also! Also, it's not easy to input sleep quality details.

The app loses the device's bluetooth connection, forgets the device, then disassociates the implanted device from my account. The device itself works, the app does not. The 'forget device' button is right below the 'upload (?) button', so it is too easy to accidentally forget the device in the app (we did not press 'forget' button, but must be careful). Poor layout/design. Looks like NOBODY is getting data collected when the app is garbage. Fire your programmers! There is no technical support!

I didn't think I could like this app any less. I was wrong. There seems to be a pattern; you have to sign in EVERY day to rate to rate your sleep - a laborious process. Then you get maybe a few weeks where you don't have to sign in every day but it can take up to 3 to 5 minutes to upload your data to the app. Better, but still not great when the app requires Bluetooth be on 24/7. Then we get to 5 to 7 days where the data uploads in seconds. Cool! But after that, start the cycle again.

This could the most poorly set up app I've ever used. The set up and layout seem almost intentionly bad, as if it had been a contest. The largest print on the entry screen is either 100% false or a grammar error - it gets worse from there. What a waste. To cap it off, support from the company is awful.
