Not once have I been able to view my schedule or anything else on the app. We have reset the password multiple times, cleared the cache, un-installed, reinstalled. It allows me to log in, but only thing I can see is an all white background nothing else. Only reason it is still installed.. when there is a shift change(like come in later or earlier) I sometimes get a notification pop up to let me know to reach out and find start time.

This app is pure trash. Can't change my profile info. Says I need to do that via the webapp, but I've searched for that on my PC and that just doesn't seem to exist. Worst of all I need to put a shift up for grabs, and the screen that shows your individual shifts doesn't work, but the calendar mode does. Cool, well at least I can see what my schedule is, but if I want to offer a shift for someone to pick up I need to do that from the screen that doesn't show. Reinstalling doesn't fix it either.

When it works, it's fine, but after this last update the app won't even open. I got a startup splash screen, and then it just closes on its own saying, "Something has gone wrong, try updating once developer releases bug fix." Okay... So until then, what? Get in trouble at Work since they only allow you to call off sick through this broken app? Great.

Can't even get past the terms of service. Won't let me accept them. There's nothing to tap other than "accept" which stays gray, not allowing me to click it. This app sucks. So annoyed with this. Edit: found out the problem. The checkmark box either wasn't visible the whole time or it was just recently added in without being visible. Regardless I can accept the terms of service

IF the app works right, it's great. However, 8 out of 10 tries it won't open properly! Open the app, it loads, but only to blank screen. Open the app and it loads to frozen screen. Fix the bugs/issues, my employer expects me to utilize this app for various purposes. I can't request time off any other way!

Difficult to log into. It constantly tells me my Employee number or password is incorrect. I have never seen, nor been given any instructions on how to correctly use the app. Poorly run and definitely not USER FRIENDLY. I wish my employer would go back to the previous site. I haven't found anything that would allow me to sync my devices, nor have I found a way to use it on my computer. I for sure can't save my user name and password. Very difficult, horrible set up. I do not like it at all!!!!

I can't see my schedule because everytime I tried to log in the app, doesn't do anything,it doesn't take your anywhere,is very slow,and just stop, when I have a perfect internet connection,the only thing crashing is the app,I have uninstalled and restalled and nothing,stop" copying and pasting the same message apologize,and how about fixing the problem.

This is an update to my prior review which follows. IT SUCKS!! In addition, to info below ..when we get to a new month, say like the 28th, I cannot see the following month unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. This app is horrible. Not a great experience sometimes it'll show you the calendar sometimes you can't get the past dates often often you can't go forward to look at the schedule.. Overall it sucks.
