I just did the most recent update and the app does nothing now. My student tab doesn't even act like it's loading. Trying to click on notifications just has a loading spinner. I hope it gets fixed before the new school year starts. I love this app when it works, it really makes everything that needs to be done so much easier. Please fix it 🙏🫶 *update can now get into my student tab, but click on attendance, and it still just sits there loading. Wish it worked. It makes the year much easier.

The app was working fine last week I didn't need a update now it's constantly saying server issues. Update I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now it's working like it was before. These issues have made it harder to help him when he needs it as well as contacting his teachers if I needed. These are simple issues and should be fixed without us having to uninstall and reinstall

From the very beginning of our time attending this school, the app has never worked properly. It makes it impossible to turn anything in as far as attendance. I've contacted support, deleted & reinstalled the app. Here we are, our second year & it still doesn't work properly. I see I'm not the only one.

I can't ever get the app to load. I've cleared cache, uninstalled, then reinstalled, cleared cache again...but the same error message pops up "Whoops! We are having server issues, try again in a bit." But after waiting and trying again in a "bit" (hours and days later) it still doesn't load. It seems I am not the only one with this problem, which is comforting--however, with that, I can't understand how it hasn't yet been remedied.

The app won't load my student- keeps giving me an error message saying it "can't display my alerts". It was working a couple of weeks ago, so I don't know what you all did, but it's a mess. And many, many others are experiencing this issue. So, to those that say we just need a new phone. Grow up. My phone is new, and the app was working previously.... sooo? This needs to be fixed now.

I LOVE K12 but the app on the other hand I can't stand!!! I don't even get an error message!! All I get is a white screen with the three bars and bell on it!! No error NOTHING!!! I go to click on something that shows up in the notifications and same thing!! WHITE NO LOADING JUST NOTHING!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times it's ridiculous, cleared my cache and everything else they tell you to do and still NOTHING!! PLEASE FIX THIS DARN APP!!!

After the first 12 hours it shows nothing except errors loading information. It is absolutely useless so just log into the website if you actually want to know what's going on. I have also already went through the customer service and all they did was verify the information I was looking for and had zero answers on what to do with the app issues.

App used to function, but now doesn't work at all. I'll get notifications about changes for my student, but it gets stuck in a perpetual loading loop, making it impossible to actually see any of the changes being made! The app might as well not exist.
