All of a sudden, I can not get this app to work properly on my Samsung phone. It qont.let me upload photos anymore, and I am not getting any notifications. I go into my settings on my phone, and everything is blocked. There's no option to unblock it. I have tried other Samsung phones, the same thing. I tried an apple phone, and all worked fine. Can we fix this?

Love Kaymbu!! I use it on a daily basis. I work in a Wobbler room (ages 9-16 months). The pictures I've taken, of some very precious moments, have been displayed, very creatively, for all to see. It's very easy to use and has made working the curriculum, fun and simple. It's a handy tool to connect with parents, with concerns, information, or just to let them know how their child is doing. Honestly, just use the website on a laptop until they figure out a way to let the user make a storyboard in portrait mode. Don't make yourself suffer trying to do your posts in landscape. Or just use the web browser and force desktop mode. There is not enough screen real estate for landscape on this app. It's too cumbersome. Everything else is fine and works well for what it is. I'll never use the in-app camera, so it'd be nice to be able to import our own videos into the posts, too.

Incredibly frustrating experience throughout the last school year. There are numerous problems with uploading in batches, such as it just missing photos and not telling you which ones it missed, causing you to have to search through each one to find it and re-upload it. I spent 20 minutes editing a 30 second video of my students to send out, and Kaymbu refuses to upload it AND won't explain why. Uploading in general takes a VERY long time. There are better apps than Kaymbu.

I have used Kaymbu as the main mode of communication with families of children in my care. It is user friendly as you are able to add anecdotes, as well as documentation captured in photos. It is a great reference point for lesson planning. It also allows one to review an area where a child may need extra support. Families are able to get a glimpse of their child's day, sometimes immediately when applicable. It is a wonderful resource and tool!

I love this app- it works amazing for school. I normally take pictures from the ipad and then can do anything needed on my computer. I have a Samsung phone and can't save the videos from my drafts. It's my biggest issue. Other than that, it's a great app that we absolutely love as a school!!

This app was obviously not created by those in the industry. I would highly suggest getting child care director's feedback and make changes accordingly. I’ve been in child care for 30 years, before these apps existed, and have experienced many apps throughout the last several years. There are SO many better apps out there for teachers and directors.

I LOVE this app! As an educator, I have found this app a great source of communication between parents, administrators, and other faculty members. It allows an easier way to gather, store and forward information on for current and future use. The people at Kaymbu have offered such friendly customer service and assistance whenever I have needed help. They have also provided me with training videos as a successful means of furthering my teaching abilities.
