Haven't updated to the new version yet, but I figured I'd go ahead and give my experience. I have no idea how so many people had errors and issues with Kazoo, at most it just logged me out if I didn't open it for a few weeks, never crashed, never had to make a new password, nothing like that. Everything was smooth, and the only genuine issue was on my company's part as they hadn't setup everyone's employee IDs yet so no one could login. Wonderful app and top tier incentive.

App doesn't work sometimes. Points balances start fluctuating for no reason. Available rewards options completely disappear (ex: gift cards). Very frustrating app. When I try to show coworkers how to use it and some of the features are missing, it doesn't make the app very appealing. Needs better and faster monitoring and updates. Latest update to shop rewards absolutely sucks! Links to browser and freezes up.

About once a month I have to delete the app and reinstall to open it. The app works at first, then comes the day it says "something happened" and to try again later. clear cache/force stop/check for updates/phone cycled - the only thing that temporarily gets past the error is to uninstall the app, reinstall and sign in again. I suggest adding a "send error report" option to your crash screen

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The app literally does not function. Just gives an error that says 'something went wrong'. Re-installing shows same result. I would seriously fix this if I was kazoo as I have low confidence in any company that ignores this many complaints and does not rectify the issue.

App worked the first time I installed it but always says "Something went wrong. Please try again." everytime it's launched since. No option to logout and try to login again or anything. The only thing that does work is the notifications when you receive a recognition. Other than that, the app is completely unusable.

The app will crash 70% of the time. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still recieve the same error. I also have tried uploading a profile picture, but it gives me a red bar at the top (which I assume means error), but before I can read what it says, the app crashes.

Doesn't work on Pixel 5, at all. Redemption on a web browser takes 18 clicks, about as many fields to fill out, and errors on the challenge code if you copy paste due to spacing and you're flying back and forth to different urls. They can't be this incompetent, they have to be trying to discourage rewards to keep your money.

crashes about once a week and will not run. the only way to get it to work is to uninstall the app then redownload and install. after that you have to jump thru the hoops of your companys domain. etc. All my assioates on the platform suffer the same problems, if you forget your password and try to recover, you never recieve the email.
