NO STARS!! Got super excited to see this app because I just started wound vac treatment and have a 3m vac. HOWEVER, I can't even get an account setup because #1 it says something went wrong when doing email verify and #2 you can scroll down on the text verify option. I'll rate if the situation changes but as of now, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR SPACE ON YOUR PHONE!

The app accepts a supply order as valid & without warning or communication from the vendor nothing arrives. This is inexcusable in critical healthcare. Your VOIP network is also 3d rate.

Great concept. Text cannot be resized. Cannot sign in, after creating account because of unadjustable text size. Also, no desktop access to app functions (sign-in, check supplies, etc.) Makes the app much more of an annoyance than a convenience. Please fix.

Other than my original sign in I have not been able to sign in to the app and it just tells me oops there's a mistake.. I've called numerous times and no one has returned my call so the app is absolutely useless to me since it will not allow me to sign in. One day I called and they transferred me around so many times I ended up with employee IT. It's like no 1 knows what's going on.

I haven't ordered supplies yet using the app but I had a battery critical alarm that I was expecting to see the alarm somewhere in the app. I was wrong. I'm not sure that all the personal information needed to set up this app is worth it's usefullness.

The only thing the app enabled me to do was sign/submit initial paperwork. Too much personal information required for the minimal amount of functionality the app offers. Just uninstalled because it was pummeling me with useless notifications.

Logged in once for set up and now it keeps saying Oops! Something went wrong, try again later? Been trying for 12 hours. I've uninstalled, tried to reregister, call the trouble shooters (which weren't available) and nothing.

I love it lets me have pictures and measurements and tracks my healing. I love the tasks alerting me however the reorder supplies will not allow me to even see my orders and simply gives me an error message so it won't clear off my tasks.
