This app doesn't work most of the time. When a visitor rings the bell. I don't get the notification. And it says connection fails. At times if I do get the notification then it won't unlock. Unless I change the wifi to 4G back and forth few times. And is SUPER slow. It's takes minutes to log in very very slow.

Takes too much time to get into the home page of app no matter how fast is the internet. Video call only comes when the app is open and someone clicks the doorbell. That means there is no use of remote unlocking and see remotely who is at the door in real time. Its one of the worst app I ever installed. Amazon Alexa app cannot find the app so smart unlocking is also useless.

Exceptionally slow app for a time based procedure. Everytime someone rings the bell it takes more than 2 min to open the door and more than half the times it doesn't even respond and hangs the phone. There is no video call or two way communication as they said while selling the lock.

The app worked well on android, but after installing it on iOS, it showed "x" on the screen and did not come up. I also tried it on multiple devices, but it was the same. I think the app doesn't work on iOS. What can be done about this?

This app has stopped connecting to my home wifi suddenly and i can't get it to connect. Upd-7/oct/24: i just remembered i black list one device from my wifi setting. Turnout to be my door digital lock. After removing fr black list, it is able to connect to my wifi. Working as expected now.

Hi guys, I'm rating this app 3 of 5 for now. Hopefully with the right upgrades I'll increase rating to 5. Developers should look at improving the loading time of the app. Functionality should be more, such as dynamic passwords, Temporary passwords (time-bound). With these suggestions I'm certain a lot of smary home app users in Nigeria and Africa will stick to Usmart Go. I've installed 482 locks, We like the smart locks but the app isn't as rich in features as some of its competition.

Having model K9 connected to wifi with this app. Not much of functions, just notification history of 30days. Remote unlocked require visitor to enter "00#" form the lock digital panel to trigger an unlock request to app and owner can permit or unlocked the requested. App not working with any home assistant such as google home, alexa, tianmao....

The app is very slow, cannot use intercom function even with very fast WiFi. The doorbell function also doesn't work. Please fix the app. Please.
